some general astro comments on this chart... 4 planets in good shape celestially, with 2 in bad shap, specifically the feminine planets - moon and venus... unless the fellow was born late in the evening when the moon moved into sag - the moon is in scorpio and venus is in virgo.. he is said to have been a loner which might be reflected astrologically in the poor shape of the feminine planets and also due what appears a close connection of both lights to the outer planet pluto. - see my comment on this below.. also fwiw - at the time of the event their was a transiting moon-pluto square within 3 degrees of separation..

it is a bowl chart with all the planets contained within the jupiter-neptune opposition, the same two planets that highlighted the moon in the event chart with jupiter/neptune = moon in the event chart... this generation with saturn/uranus/neptune conjunction opp jupiter from 1989 is an interesting study in itself... i have a close friend born in november 1989.. as it happens the degree of the ascendant in the event chart is exactly opposite this fellows natal saturn.. and he has a very close mercury-saturn trine at 8 virgo to 8 capricorn in his natal chart as well.. we could quickly classify him as a fairly conservative minded person, and perhaps susceptible to the many socially conservative biases that go with this set up as well..

the other tie in to 8 cancer, the rising degree in the event chart, and 8 capricorn, the degree of his saturn, is the transit of uranus at 23 taurus - 45 the event ascendant and 135 the natal saturn in anderssons chart.. as it happens the transit sun in the event chart at approx 16 aquarius is 45/135 to the uranus-jupiter opposition in anderssons natal chart as well..

his chart has an important square between sun and pluto- pluto in the solar 4th house... the moon may also be closely tied to this natal pluto - depending in the time of his birth which could imply an important pluto influence on both lights of the chart.. in the event chart mercury is at 12 aquarius - directly squaring this same natal pluto position at 12 scorpio.

anderssons natal mars at 4 virgo is 135 transiting retro mars at 19 cancer in the event chart..

it connects to the topic of the nodes... anderssons nodal axis is at 25 aquarius 51 - for noon.. without knowing his exact time of birth - moon is at 25 scorpio for noon and would connect directly, but what does connect is the nodal axis with his natal neptune at 10 capricorn.. this would be a transit of nodal axis to 45/135 his natal neptune.. his natal nodal axis also connects directly to the event charts saturn/pluto midpoint at 25 aquarius...

in thinking about the activation of a midpoint by transit it be a natal planet or nodal axis or what have you, the obvious question is what do two planets when coming together imply astrologically? i am using additional aspects that no everyone uses, in particular the 8th harmonic aspects involving the 45 degree aspect which is a part of the german school of astrology used by ebertin reinhold and alfred witte, which others might not use.. of course some astrologers don't use the outer planets which i include as well - uranus, neptune and pluto..

a combo i have found often activated in events where violence is prominent is the mars-pluto duo... i associate these 2 planets together as having the potential for a number of martial actions of a more covert or secretive nature.. in anderssons noon chart the midpoint for mars -pluto is at 8 libra 24.. of course this is right on the degree of the event charts ascendant at 8 cancer 35.... obviously this was a violent act and seems to suggest anderssons involvement in this.. just why these midpoints are activated - could just be random, or because i am using 8 instead of only 4 aspects to allow for the additional connections... not everyone uses midpoints anyway, but i do find them very relevant.. i was thinking how the jupiter neptune connections in both anderssons chart and in the position of the transit moon to this same midpoint, might suggest some sort of misplaced religious idealism.. and another connection to this midpoint is off of the midheaven in the event chart which is 135 to the midheaven in the event chart..

yes, it's all hindsight astrology and might be a lot more pragmatic to look at astrology charts rated AA at adb, lol.... the event data is indeed AA, but anderssons chart is a noon chart without a birth time to work with.. i do believe midpoints are a very useful tool in astrology, but to each their own..

hopefully we will find out more about the person accused of this horrible act in time, to understand the astrology of it all better - if that is possible..
