François, nice to hear from you, and thank you for your appreciation! My spinal arthritis isn't likely to improve. I've lost four inches in height since my younger days. I also have a painful arthritic knee, and Covid seems to have destroyed much of my hearing. But with all this, for some reason I look much younger than my age. Genes?? Maybe, and a lifetime of meditation and spiritual practices. But I seem to have forgotten physical yoga stretching exercises which might have prevented my current spinal condition. Venus aspecting the ascendant (body) does not like to exercise!
