I have to agree with Georgius here. Pisces being emphasized does tend to point to some delusion around the question. A retrograde significator may also point to lack of direction in their goal rather than the dedication and stability you speak of. I noticed too that the Moon and ascendant lord both do not behold the ascendant, which again can show lack of control over one's life around the area asked about. You might need to re-evaluate your approach to your goals because they might be directionless. You are analyzing a lot of things that don't seem relevant. The focus should be on your goal to be an actress. Goals/career are 10th house, though the 5th can show the craft itself and not necessarily the career, such as actual talent.

Being in exaltation in the 5th suggests talent, although Saturn conjunct NN also shows great difficulty attached to this house/focus. This does not necessarily mean lack of talent but that even with mastery of the subject matter after extreme dedication, negative energies will still be brought forward. For example, in Mozart's natal chart his ascendant lord Mercury is in the 5th (Mercury also lords his 10th in the 5th), but Saturn sits here and his father was greatly tied into his career and pushed him to the point of frail health. There was much sacrifice and difficulty/pain associated with the house despite genius. He did not have NN on top of this and NN greatly exacerbates the difficulty of Saturn. Let's also not forget that Moon and Venus both apply to a malefic: Mars, also in its fall. In traditional horary, this shows difficulty and disappointment ahead.

Keep in mind that it is very difficult to be a successful actor. Roughly 98% are not successful, so it is understandable that a career would be very difficult.

However, this is just a side point. The answer to your question should be focused on the 10th house and its lord. 10th lord is exalted but does not behold the ascendant/lord nor the Moon and is cadent - an idealized goal (exalted) that is very difficult to attain. Lack of perfection is generally a "no." The only slight connection I see to the Leo MC is Venus contra-antiscia the MC. This is not being able to see the house but to "hear," it, which isn't enough to effect much in the question. Its dispositor Mars is being emphasized but I would not take this as an indicator of an acting career. It may be a second option for career, which would again happen with difficulty given the nature of Mars.

What is the significance of Mars in the 9th here? It is the next aspect both Venus and the Moon make. Perhaps this is pointing to where your career is heading but you would have to decipher its meaning given your background/experience/education.

IMO, horary is best at short term questions. A natal chart would probably be better to look at for potential to be successful in the arts. This chart suggests you're more likely to work in a service oriented field of some sort, IMO: 10th lord in the 6th, PoF in Virgo in the 11th (it's lord is also in the 6th). The 6th is not a house associated with great achievement, it is one of self sacrifice for others in some way (also lower level work). It can show work that involves helping people, being a service worker, health worker, law, law enforcement, protector, problem solver, etc. It isn't a house associated with being in the limelight and if it were to grant that it would only be through the energies of that house. It can also point to having more enemies and people who stand in your way. It is a house that does not behold the ascendant, so it is considered a more malefic house.

Have you had any success with acting as looking at the sabian symbols involved it does seem to show ''potential' at least but also a question of 'natural timing' and not jumping in to soon i.e waiting for the right time for any talent to come to fruition.

Some additions:
Saturn is peregrine, so he delivers more of his bad qualities than of his good: Not stability but fear, sorrow, envy, restriction etc.
Venus is exalted in the 5th: You exaggerate show business.
Venus is conjunct Mercury: As natural significators they describe art, pleasure and otherwise communication, writing, speaking. Mercury (communication) is very debilitated: in exile, fall, peregrine, retrograde and under sun beams. It is trined by a Mars in triplicity which adds some teeth and action.
Jupiter, lord of the 3rd (communication again) and of the 5th (fun, pleasure, leisure time, art, … and children), in exile but with participating triplicity dignity, is in mutual reception with Mercury. It adds wastefulness, carelessness and idée fixe (and some of his nicer qualities).

All that is not that helpful and not supporting your wishes. If I were you I would try it anyway if your will is strong. You might not be successful but on your way maybe you find what you was not looking for but suits you well. Good luck for your way!
