Will I get the inheritance?

1
My aunt (my mother’s older sister) had no children and treated me as her own. Before her passing five years ago, she told me that the money in her bank account belonged to me, though this was not formally stated in her will. Most people in my country don't have a formal will.

When I visited the bank two years ago, I was informed that my first name was listed as the nominee on her account. However, to access the funds, I needed to provide her death certificate. Despite my ongoing efforts, I’ve been unable to obtain this document, as government regulations have become increasingly strict to prevent fraud.

My aunt was separated—but not officially divorced—from her husband at the time of her death. He is unaware of this account, and even if he were to learn about it, he wouldn’t be able to claim the money without my authorization (as only Nominee can claim it). Given their strained relationship, he is unlikely to assist me in acquiring the death certificate. I'm not even sure if he is alive anymore. He tortured and abused my Aunt, so nobody in the family spoke with him

Over the past two years, I’ve sought help from various sources to obtain the document, but all attempts have failed. Without it, I cannot prove her passing or establish my legal connection to the inheritance. While the amount isn’t substantial, I would rather claim what is rightfully mine than have it sit unclaimed in the bank.

At this point, I’m feeling discouraged and nearly ready to give up. It saddens me that despite my aunt’s wishes, I may never be able to access the inheritance she intended for me.

I did a horary to ask if I will get this inheritance my Aunt left for me?

Given the late degrees and my repeated failed attempts, I am inclined to interpret the answer as a "no."
Saturn in the 2nd house of finance suggests that my efforts to claim this money are tied to improving certain aspects of my life.
However, I have some questions about house placements:
Maternal aunts and uncles are typically associated with the 6th house, but should this change based on birth order? My mother had nine siblings, and this aunt was the 5th child and 3rd female from the top, while my mother was the 9th child.
Does that mean:
  • The 6th house represents the first maternal aunt?
The 8th house corresponds to the second maternal aunt?
The 10th house applies to the third maternal aunt?
The 11th house governs her financial matters?
Or should I simply consider the 8th house, as it traditionally represents inheritance and other people's money?

Recently my father-in-law had caught a guy in his contacts who said he would help getting this document, but then he stopped responding to his calls. Prior to this a cousin offered to help, but his contact failed to help too. A friend's contact was asking for too much money to facilitate this. Given these hurdles and the chart at hand it seems this matter is a no-go

hi there,
What a complicated and frustrating situation!
As far as the horary is concerned keep it simple. You do not need to take into account the order of birth of your aunt as you are only dealing with one aunt. If you need to find her significator then she is simply your mother's sister. I use the 10th house for mother.
The late degrees rising and the fact that your significator Saturn is also at the last degree of the sign shows that things are unstable and about to change.
Using the Lord of the 8th house as the main focus we have Mercury - on the IC (at the root of the issue). The next aspect that the Moon makes is to that Mercury by sextile; after which Moon will conjunct the North node and square Jupiter (Lord of the 2nd house) with reception, as jupiter will receive the Moon in Pisces. So we have the Moon carrying the light of Mercury to Jupiter, bringing the inheritance to your assets/money.
The Moon is a significator of for you as well as the quesited (the inheritance), so this shows you making the effort necessary to receive it. The Moon could also represents a third party that helps bring the inheritance to you. Since the Moon rules the 6th and 7th house this could signify someone you know or an uncle/aunt.
I think that there is sufficient testimony to show that it is still possible to get this inheritance.
