I created this chart for my husband, who has faced ongoing career struggles since we relocated to another country. Some people seem destined for professional success, while others face persistent obstacles—it feels like the latter is true for him. As the primary earner in our family, I constantly worry about how to maintain a decent standard of living, especially given the economic challenges and his difficulty contributing financially.
When we moved, he dreamed of opening a restaurant and worked at several to gain experience. However, due to his carpal tunnel and other issues with his hands, the heavy physical demands made it impossible for him to continue. I had to convince him to set aside that dream and explore more sustainable, hand-friendly business options. Recently, he quit his job, partly because of his health issues and partly due to the toxic work environment.
A few months ago, a friend shared a promising business idea—one that has long-term potential and room for expansion. The first setup requires a partnership, but now that my husband has nearly left his job, I’m concerned about whether this business will take off this year. He still needs to find a location and start preparing before peak season begins in October.
I keep wondering: Will his business launch this year?
He is the 7th house, Aries with ruler as Mars. He has dignity in the 11th house where he currently sits in Leo. However the co-significator moon is in the fall of Scorpio in the 8th house. Moon also doesn’t make any significant aspects before changing signs which could be a long time.
Ruler of 10th is Saturn in his 12th, and has just entered Aries, so not his happy place to be, so another negative
Mars the ruler of both 12th and 8th house, will conjunct Jupiter, but not significant there either.
I really don’t see much good in this chart to say anything will go well. I wonder how much more struggle he and me both have to make to make his life get back on track.

Your ruler VE in rulership in your husband's 1st House shows how committed you are to his well-being.
Besides what you have mentioned, what do you think of the MO (Fall in Sco) in his 8th (your 2nd) applying by square to MA in Leo, his ruler.
And there is no aspect between MA and SA.
I would tell your husband to pass.
