Mars in Virgo (sign of Mercury, planet of transportation) on the MC likely suggests you will be a sharp, hands-on learner regardless of the school choice. Mars aspects the 9th lord Sun via sextile. The Sun-Mars contact can suggest success but there is emphasis of the 2nd lord in the 8th, and Mars aspecting the 8th. It might be that this program is found to be too pricey or some other 8th house issue is at work.

Is there hour agreement?

The VOC Moon in the Via Combusta might suggest there aren't openings at the moment or perhaps you are not quite ready to take the leap on a course. There may be a gap. Do you have fear of driving? Could that be the significance of Moon in Via Combusta and the school represented as Saturn (fears)? I probably wouldn't assume the worst given this is just a class and the Moon is in a good house (11th) and disposted by Venus in domicile. Venus is with Caput Algol in the 7th, which could be a caution to make careful decisions in your choice of not only schools but perhaps specific driving instructors.

Mars in the 10th means the astrologer won't get credit by the question and the 7th afflicted by Algol could caution an astrologer about seeing negative things that don't exist or exaggerating about the situation, so one should approach this chart with a grain of salt. If there is lack of hour agreement, I'm not sure I'd trust this particular chart overall.

Which house are you using for the school? Third house for cars? In that case the sig for quesited is Saturn, and I don't see any aspect between that and Mars.

I checked for hour agreement. Yes, the hour was Mars, like the L1.

Normally lower level courses and transportation are 3rd house, with Mercury also co lording transportation. In this case Mercury is in the 9th and Mars aspects the ninth lord, so it may be pointing more to the 9th lord. I mentioned Saturn too because it does lord the 3rd.

A planet representing a house and not aspecting the ascendant lord isn't the only thing I would analyze, but a chart with a VOC Moon would suggest that which is asked about will either not happen or will come of no good, such as not passing the exam. However, given the ascendant lord is very angular, and thus strong, it is up to the querent in making the matter successful or not first and foremost. Even more so with Mars being the significator (and add additinally aspecting Sun!). Also, I think there are several warnings for an astrologer to not overly interpret the chart as negative, hence my mentioning some positives.

Thank you. I noticed Mercury, general sig of transportation, is also the ruler of the H10 where Mars is, which I thought was positive, but ... still no contact between L1 and L3 (Mars and Saturn).

I wondered if translation of light would work, from Saturn via Venus, but the next classical aspect Venus makes after sextile to Saturn will be sextile to Mercury, so I believe that cuts off translation to Mars.
