the rounded off time of 2pm is given an A rating and is ''from memory''... in the absence of a specific birth time or someone doing a rectification of merit, i am going to stick with this time and point out that the longer transit here of pluto here, running thru his sun/venus opp mars natal config, is a challenging one.. presently we are witnessing the transiting sun opp pluto which is also highlighting this part of zelenskys chart..

zelensky has managed to evade any removal from his position which is impressive in itself, but i would argue that the transit of pluto in opposition to his mars, and towards the conjunction of his sun/venus is a challenging transit for him... in fact if we use midpoints, the midpoints of sun/venus to mars opposition is about 2-3 fixed tropical, which is about where pluto is here at present..
