So far as I can tell the chart is radical. Sag is the ascendant and I took Mercury (gemini on the seventh) as the would be love, though I'm not sure if this is right, as it's someone I obviously haven't met and therefore don't have a realtionship of any type with. They are both in the eleventh house, the querent's fifth, and mercury applies to jupiter in close conjunction suggesting that he would possibly be the one pusuing the realtionship and with it in my eleventh house, perhaps we meet through friends of mine. hOwever, I'm not quite sure what to make of the pluto near the ascendant, or the T square with saturn in the eighth... Also interesting...my tenth house is in libra (I'm a military lawyer and it's packed...the significator of his tenth house is mars which falls in my tenth as well, so perhaps with aries ruling his tenth, he's military as well, but not law, and we meet through other military folks? anyone else have a take? Particularily with that Saturn T square and all the sextiles? My initial take was that there may be some restraint in the physical intimacy area of courtship, but with all the sextiles I'm not sure...

I would say the answer is yes, since your signifactor (Jupiter) and his (Mercury) are in partile conjunction. He might already be someone in your circle of friends and acquaintences.

Also, with the Moon conjunct the fortunate star Spica, it looks very lucky indeed.

As for the Pluto exactly rising, maybe that refers to your job as a JAG lawyer?

Keep in mind the Moon is combust in this chart, not a good placement at all. Even though the Moon conjuncts Spica, which would normally mitigate being in Via Combusta, the combustion to the Sun would override this, I believe. Its next aspect is to Saturn, and Saturn is a malefic, whatever else. I would think that the square from Saturn to the significators, plus the combust Moon aspecting Saturn, would imply a number of obstacles or restrictions to this question.

I may be way off on this, bear in mind, but my first thought is that there may be some 'ethical' difficulties with any potential match. You and L7 are both posited in the 11th of friendship, so it may be that you meet someone with whom you become good friends. But Saturn rules the 2nd of 'values', and it's placed in the 8th of fears; the conjunction of your joint significators is barely complete when they both square Saturn. The Moon applies to Venus ruler of the 5th (in the sign of love/pleasure), but both are burned up in the Sun, and the Moon easily reaches Saturn before it can reach Venus, from the 10th of 'public' and also 'career'. It may be that you are 'allowed' to be friends, but nothing more. Something puts the brakes on.

i am not sure whether you know him already, but i think you will meet him pretty soon. but because of the saturn square and the combustions of moon and venus with the sun, i think that either it will not be a healthy relationship or that there will be big obstacles...but i don't know what the nature of the problems will be... good luck and keep us posted.
