a friend of mine currently is fighting against a terrible situation.Her ex-husband(she is divorced) refuses for years to leave her house.He had a heart attack an year ago and also take anti-depressive medication.She have a new boyfriend and the ex-husband is with anger and told that he wants to kill her.She is about to leave the house but at the same time is afraid that acting the situation will be worse than ever.

Asc 5 cancer,Moon: 20 Taurus
He is Saturn,debilitated in Leo,showing heart condition,and in house 2 showing that he depends on her money(he has no work at all).Moon in Taurus,exalted : she is with strenght to do something,she has power to act,he debilitated in Leo is without power to act,in fact he doesn't want to do nothing.Fixed signs point to some time to the resolution:it's an old situation,Moon will perfect in some 4 something(four degrees)-maybe 4 weeks or 4 months.The house is represented by Venus lord od house 4.Venus is in detriment in Scorpio.Another house is represented by Saturn in Leo...I don't know if go to another house will turn the things to better...
Some hints?(maybe only with astrological magic to fix these terrible situation...)

I am no where near the level of Horary as those that are here. However, without using astrology, your FRIEND HAS TO LEAVE. I do not know if there are restraining orders in Sao Paulo or not, but she can go to court to have him removed from her home. It has to be done.

Regarding the Horary Chart, the Moon exalt in Taurus, is not as strong as you would think in this situation, the Sun, Mercury, Venus, (ruler of sign and House), Jupiter are opposing her, with Saturn squaring. Also the Cancer Asc, (Moon), opposing Capricorn (Saturn) descendant.

As Mars, Sun, Venus all in the 4th house of endings, squaring Neptune in the 8th house of death and loss, (house ruler Saturn, ex-husband), and Moon squaring also, this is NOT a good situation and could lead to death by drowning or drinking poison for her.

The good part is that Mercury RX, is bring this situation again to the forefront to be dealt with, Uranus, the planet of change and separation, is trining all those in the fourth, providing a way out, a CLEAR and EASY way out, SHE NEEDS TO TAKE IT!!!

As Mars, Sun and Venus all in 4th and fixed sign, it looks as if both her and her ex-husband have grown quite attached the physical house itself, and do not want to leave their home, both are equally stubborn here.

Its not going to get better, the square to Neptune, could also be that they both think it will get better, but it WILL NOT, the negative aspects are too strong, and the WAY OUT IS NOW PRESENT.

The chart may or may not be radical. My planetary hour software is not available to me at this time. I tried to calculate it by hand, but find conflicting sunset-sunrise times for Sao Paulo (on the web). I am getting a Mercury hour which means it is not radical, but?.I leave it to you or someone else for verification. If the chart is not radical then often it will not give as clear a judgment.

I am wondering if your friend has sought the advice of a qualified professional. I hope so. The experts are in a far better position to devise what is called a ?safety plan? for a woman in danger of domestic violence. Apparently, the when and how of moving are critical and vary according to circumstances. There is substantial research indicating that the most dangerous time for an abused woman is after she leaves (per National Domestic Violence Council, USA). A death threat qualifies as abuse/battering. Without substantial evidence, law enforcement may be powerless to intervene. Battered women services can also advise on the legalities that your friend can safely pursue. I am not advising stay or move ? such is beyond the scope of a forum on astrological techniques. I am only stating that expert help is desirable and available, usually free. I hope these services are accessible and that your friend is in touch with advisors experienced in domestic violence.

The 4th is querent?s current home, 7th signifies moving or the place querent wants to go, and 1st represents querent?s current location.

Moon is L1 and its last immediate aspect (less than one degree) was opposition L12 (MercuryRx). I think a death threat qualifies as ?evil? from someone ?not very far?, thus a close description of the situation from which to proceed.

L4 (Venus) is considered unfortunate in fall, combust and the fourth house itself is unfortunate (occupied by Mars combust). Lilly does not elaborate on ?unlucky?, he seems to mean financially or reputation but I cannot be sure if he is implying overall. However, he says if L6 afflicts L1 then he advised moving because it means the querent?s health is ?very bad there? or querent ?is tormented with ill servants?. L6 (Jupiter) opposes L1 (Moon), so here are two arguments for moving. Next look to the significations of the 7th to see if moving, or the place moving to, is good, bad or neutral.

Basically, Lilly is saying to move from a bad 4th to a good 7th. But the 7th here is not good. L7 is a bad planet in bad zodiacal state (Saturn detrimented) and is not with a good planet. L4 (Venus) is with an evil planet (conjunct Mars combust). Combustion can make a hot dry Mars even hotter (an angry dangerous man dominating her in her own home). In addition, Venus is conjunct L12 (Mercury Rx). Both choices appear to be bad.

This could be an indication that something else needs to be done first (such as speak to an expert about a safety plan or possibly revise the move to destination). The ascendant ruler (Moon) also has to do with the current place. Moon is strong in Taurus and (by itself) could be an indication to stay, however its next aspect is square Lord 8 (Saturn) which is also Lord 7 indicating the stress and anguish of mind if she moves, maybe worse.

The angles are in movable signs (cardinal), which is usually an argument for shifts or reversals. If the angles were fixed it would count towards staying. However, the Moon and L4 are fixed. So is L7. Another move-don't move stalemate. Read this way the chart certainly describes the situation.

Timing: the Moon is moving very fast, nearly 15 deg. Venus and Mars are also fast. Things could move very quickly, a matter of days rather than weeks or months.
