2 by Gunhilde No, not necessarily. Saturn in the 7th is perfectly fine in a question about relationships; I get it all the time and get good results. VOC doesn't negate an answer, either; it just means not much will happen with the question. The ones *I* hate to get are the 29-degree rising ones. *That's* the Universe refusing to answer!
