is this man after my money

i have met this guy in september and the relation seems intense, however when casting the question if this guy will be a longterm one, the quesited in shown in second house???

the question was casted 28th of November 2006 at 5:38:55 am, bristol, England, system regiomontanus

I am represented by Lord 1 mars in scorpio, i am dignified and exalted in my own house

should I use Lord 7 (venus) and or Lord 5 (jupiter) If lord 7 the quesited venus combust sun in Lord 2 sagitarius. Does it mean that the judgement is not visible and or the quesited mislead me in this relationship

If Lord 5, mars the querent applies a conjunction to Jupiter, mars and jupiter are dignified and exalted in their own house

the moon co significator square separating venus/sun in Lord 4 (sagitarius), I am leaving this relationship

the moon co significator separate a square to jupiter????

I read in Frawley that is the quesited/querent sitting in 2nd of 8th house, someone is interested about the money

I am right :-sk

The second house isn't only about material goods, it's about whatever one considers valuable, isn't it? My own second house is ruled by Libra and holds Neptune. This seems to fit my values pattern, as I have placed little
value on money and lots on idealism. Could this apply in your case? We need more background, I think.

I would use the seventh...you already have a relationship with the person and you described it as "intense". I use the fifth house when it's a more ambiguous question about love like "will I find love" or "will I get a second date with this person?" When a realtionship is already there, use the seventh. Also, can you post an image of the chart as a whole? And what your specific question was?

Hi all

Hi Zohra,

In traditional astrology, relationship questions are always 7th house and never 5th house regardless of whether the couple lives together or not. Lilly states this very clearly in CA. Even if there was no relationship but you were interested in going out with him you would use the 7th house. However, there are astrologers who prefer to use the ruler of the 5th house. Lee Lehman advocates this but it is not traditional astrology. Her reasoning (one I disagree with completely) is based on modern astrology and the changing nature of relationships. It is entirely up to you which house you use but I guess the only way to avoid confusion is for us all to specify the main significators when we post charts even if we thing it is perfectly obvious.
