I have a chart of an interesting character. This is a man born in Cajamarca, Peru; 78w31, 7s10. December, 25, 1925 at 2:00PM. 0 degrees 52'39'' Taurus rising and MC at 28 degrees 8'57'' Capricorn.

Interesting, isnt' this birthdate and time in question? If it is who I think it is, I"ve heard the date is not certain? though certainly worthy of a look. Granny

I think you are right Granny. I did more checking and it seems to be dirty data about Carlos Castenada! Sigh. I know the date and place he gave was a lie, about 10 years latter and birth place in Brazil. This birth date was the one on his immigration papers, so is probably more likely to be true, but still can be a lie.

I got it recently from this site: http://www.astrozoom.com/celebrity/Carl ... aneda.html . It was also posted on this site http://www.astrologyweekly.com/natal-ch ... taneda.php but now that page is empty! Same page had a story on him including the false birth data that he gave in those books. That fallen Jupiter ruling the 9th conjuct the midheaven made me think that this chart was probably the one! A corrupt spiritual/philosophical leader.

I work a lot with immigrants and find that birth data is often incorrect. Sometimes it is falsified to meet oficial requirements. Many immigrants are "given" a birth date of January 1, year xxxx. So I have come to doubt birth data related to immigration documents.
