This is just a general question.
Can a peregrine planet without an accidental dignity -Prohibit?
Is a peregrine planet a weak planet or just plain mischievous.
It does need the strength of angularity to carry out a theft, without that its power to affect are not there- he is then just a drifter, with opportunity(accidental dignity) he becomes effective.

A planetary situation happening now between Jupiter,Mars and Mercury.
I was wondering if someone has a chart in their databank of similar situation with results.
Eg: The peregrine planet in angle and prohibiting versus the Peregrine planet not angular and Prohibiting.
