Another horary with verified results 1 by Taurus7 As you may know, I was being laid off from my current job, last day being Feb 28th, and now the struggle to find another job was to start. I asked the question: "Will I land a job by March 1st?", 2nd Jan 2007, 4:07 PM, 74W26 40N51, 5 deg 48 mts Cancer rising. As you can see, I am the Moon, and the moon is very strong, conjunct the ascendant, and it is own dignity. THe moon comes to a trine to the cusp of the 10th house in 10 degrees, but only after it opposes Mercury, ruler of th 4rth and the Sun, ruler of the 3rd. And there is no aspect between the Moon and Jupiter, ruler of the 10th. At the time, I wasn't exactly sure if this was a yes or a no... it appeared to me that the Sun and Mercury could possibly be rivals for the same job and the Sun gets to sextile the MC just before I trine it. However, the Moon is much stronger, and maybe I beat them out in the final decision. Furthermore, Uranus conjunct the MC also seemed terribly ominous and I thought that probably the answer is a "No". However, as it so happened, I received the job offer just 3 weeks later - at the time that I cast the horary, there was no indication whatsoever that I would be contacted by my new prospective employer just one week later. In retrospect, this chart seems to make more and more sense to me. Uranus conjunct the MC I think implies how sudden and unexpected this whole turn of events has been, how this job came out of nowhere, and the job itself appears to be a very interesting and exciting. (Also, coincidentally, Uranus conjunct the MC mirrors exactly my solar return for the upcoming year - or is it coincidence?? ) Moon strong and trine the MC - I met with 7 people, I just flew threw each interview and delivered 100%, and got the job - somehow, I knew just what to say, and it was very easy talking to each one of my interviewers, it just came to me. North node in the 10th, I hope this job will bring me good fortune. Moon ruler of the 2nd, very strong - yes, the money is very good! So there you have it - the power of horary never ceases to amaze me!! Quote Tue Feb 06, 2007 4:03 pm
