From the very little I know it suggests that you will have luck but something in your actions is stopping yourself. You are the block to this goal.

Many many things are wrong around you.

You clearly have plenty to publish.

Satrun in detriment is also form in a grand trine with Jup and Venus so again some form of restriction coming from your associates.

If I know anything about thrying to get ideas up and running the people around you can really stop you before you even get started.

My advice is don't talk about ideas unless you are going to complete them.

I wrote a draft for a book. Realy hard work to get the first 20 pages down but then it just flowed.

You've got to be bloody minded.

I can't help you with timing because I don't know how.

I think just now with the set up you have I think probably not though clearly you have riches of ideas to communicate.

Neptune is very close to Mercury which probably gave you the feeling that you could be published but now the mist is lifting you see that goal is far away or even dissappeared.

I think the fact Sag is in 3 and Gem in 9 also shows that you have great ideas for bla bla bla but have not got down to the details.

Publishing is generally signified by the 9th house but here I think I would be more interested in the midheaven. The point is debatable but the 9th house deals with publishing generally, so it could describe a potential publisher or the prospects of getting a book into print - but the midheaven relates to the principle of exposing our work to the public and getting public recognition for it. In any event, I don?t think you can overlook the importance of the MC in this kind of question.

It is an angular Moon, (MC-ruler) but the fact that it is in the 4th house suggests to me that the querent is not doing enough to ?get out there?. It seems to describe him burying himself away with his work, or it will relate to his concern that no one is paying enough attention to it. He should take it on himself to publish something, even if it is an article on the internet, because he lacks exposure.

I?m not sure what you mean by this. Jupiter is in the 3rd house inSagittarius a mutable/common sign ? the sign is not fixed and neither is the house.

- And the sextile is applying, so you have a positive upcoming connection between the querent and a potential publisher, and at teh same time, the 3rd house of the writing is very sound. The chart is not wonderful but there are some good indications in it so I thought your first judgement was best.

Yup Fixed nonsense.

Was thinking Succedent. but in fact it is Cadent.

Getting house cusps are also of importance which leads to questions about which is the best house system.
