I really need help on this as I seem to be going round in circles with it. I'm not even sure what I should be looking for!

The question was asked at 11 this morning by a lady who is about to exchange contracts on a house and had just learned that the circumstances of the project her husband was relying on to fund the house move, has changed. Her dilemma is that if his project does not go ahead as planned then they cannot afford the new house. So her question is 'will my husband's project go ahead as planned?'

She is L1 the Moon in the 3rd and he is L7 Saturn also in the 3rd. Both ruled by the Sun in the 11th.
I am taking the 3rd for the exchange of contracts on the house but it could also mean the contract for his work project. Does the Sun ruling the 3rd and sitting in the 11th mean her hopes and dreams will be fulfilled on both counts? But L1's next aspect is square Venus also in the 11th so there could be difficulties in achieving what she wants but this is frustrated by Venus sextile Mercury. L7's next aspect is to L1 but this again is frustrated by Venus.

Should I be looking at the 9th (3rd from 7th) for the contracts from his point of view and at the 4th (10th fron 7th) for his work project?
In the turned chart Virgo on the cusp of the 10th is in very early degrees and could denote the recent knowledge he has had that may change his work project. Mercury in the 4th...the end of things? Is the work over before its begun?

For some reason I become completely confused when I look at the chart...help!

How about answering the real question, which is "Will we still be able to buy this house?" Look at Lord 1, Lord 7 and any applying aspects. Also check out the state of Lord 2 - your client's money. Is it about to enter detriment or become afflicted in any way? Or is there negative reception between Lord 7 and Lord 2? This could show the selling party aren't happy with your client's financial arrangements.

Ideally we want to see Lord 1 and 7 coming together in a harmonious way, and Lord 2 essentially strong and free from affliction.

I recently did a similar question - a woman asking if her husband's business plans would be profitable as he was remortgaging their house to fund the investment. Rightly or wrongly, I used L.1 to represent their common interest in the question, so I didn't turn the chart.

0 Pisces on 10th would signify recent changes in a work project which consequently changes the outlook around buying the new house (0 Virgo on 4). So that fits.

If you use L.1 to signify both the querent and her husband, the worried 3rd house Moon peregrine in Leo has a rocky road ahead before winding up its journey through Leo in opposition to Mars, L.11 (separating them from their hopes). Yes it will trine Jupiter, L.10, before it leaves Leo, but Jupiter is now stationary and about to turn Rx, so the changes of circumstance around the project are not likely to "straighten up and fly right" any time soon. Rather they seem to be stalled and subject to reversals.

Hope that helps. If it's any consolation to your client, the house may not have turned out to be such a great deal anyway as L.4 is in detriment.

You're right Keren in that I had missed the real question which is why I became so frustrated and confused. So thank you for making it much clearer!

You have both taken L1 as the 'couple' which I had failed to do and conseqently proceeded to turn in circles and generally lose the plot

I will look at the chart again tomorrow with a different view point and hopefully it won't give me a headache as it has today
