the general consensus was that something would interrupt the developping rivary and that I was in a "stronger" position. I learned that she is moving to a different office, and as such may not be able to be the dept. head any more after teh move in a few months. So then the question becomes...who WILL be the new department head? There is someone at the office with more seniority, but not as reliable as I am, however I am VERY junior to have such a position.

So I asked: Will I be the new department head at 3:21 pm, Washington DC, April 3. Leo ascendant, sun on the ninth house cusp (it's a legal job) ruler of the tenth is venus, in it's home in taurus. The Sun is in the terms of venus. However, there is no aspect between lord 10 and Lord 1 or the moon. Lord 1 will trine saturn in the 12th and then trine jupiter in the fourth. The moon's last aspect is a trine to mars which rules the ninth and fourth houses.

Venus is squared by both malefics, but is stronger than both, being in her own sign in the terms of Jupiter. Mars is in its own term in aquarius.

So...there is no aspect between L10 and L1, but with a benefic conjuncting hte midhaven, and that trine action I wonder what the outcome of this could be. And what to make of that T Square. I wonder if venus holding her own between those malefics suggests that I *will* get the postion even though I DO NOT want it (it would be more time in an area of law that doesn't interest me)
