I've done a horary for interest's sake, and just wanted to run it past you to see what you think. It's not that important a question, but it makes for good practice!

Basically, I've got back in touch with a guy I briefly dated a couple of years ago, who lives in another city but is from my hometown. We had a *very* strong connection which our synastry bears out.. venus conjunct mars and mars trine venus, sun conjunct moon, moon conjunct mars, venus trine moon, to name but a few hot aspects!!
we never quite got a relationship going due to circumstances, but did seem to be drawn back together a few times.. and it was pretty intense. we;ve found each other on a highschool reunion website and sent a few mails, so I asked (for interest's sake) - Will anything happen between me and him?

Libra rises and Venus is just about still in Taurus.. in the 8th. About to change signs = not the best time to start something? Or does Gemini mean more of a fun lighthearted outlook? Being in the 8th shows me thinking about passion!! i did say our relationship was very magnetic didnt I..!
He is shown by Mars in Pisces, on the cusp of the 5th. He's sure in the right house for love affairs anyway.
The Moon is in Aquarius in the 4th, separating from a sextile with Mercury and trine from venus (showing our recent contact) and its next aspect seems to be an opposition to Saturn in the 10th (hmmm,tricky.) 4th house to me represents the past nature of the relationship.
However, the most important thing is that Mars and Venus are applying to square, not the easiest aspect, but would you say this is indicative of something happening, which maybe doesnt work out? Considering also the Moon/Saturn opposition?
The Sun is also on the cusp of the 7th suggesting favourable conditions for a relationship, and moves towards a trine with Pluto (connected with the 8th)..
Ruler of the 5th is Jupiter on the cusp of the 3rd.. there is good communication between us. emphasized by Mercury in the 5th too. Jupiter in applying trine to Saturn. Here is Saturn again! I wonder what it signifies.. the ruler of the 10th, where it is placed, is the Sun, in the 7th. Maybe not such a bad thing after all?

All in all, I would sum up by saying we are both interested in rekindling things, but this won;t be without difficulties. Beyond that I'm really not sure..though Jupiter in its rulership as lord of the 5th seems to be a good sign.

Consider these:-

-The Moon is not applying to any traditional planet within the moiety of its orbs. It is Void of Course. The distance of Moon and Saturn is too much. Hopes not realized.

-The significator of Querent is about to change the sign. Its going from its rulership to a sign and degree where it would be peregrine in initial degrees. The Querent is impatient.

-The Significators of Querent and Quesited are applying by Square. The Venus recieves Mars in its exaltation and in its terms (the Querent is more eager) however, Mars receives Venus in its own terms. Doesn't bode well.

The Mars appears to be in 4th house and doesnt seem to within 5 degrees of 5th house cusp? (Regiomantus)
