I think the most convenient way to learn horary is to join in with these forums. Free lessons! Free correction of errors in judgement!

Deb has also put forward a VERY handy horary tutorial on this site. Have a look around the site; there are many, many resources to get you started.

But the best way to learn is to start practising. Look at other people's charts. See how they have been interpreted. See if you would interpret it the same way. That's how most people learn, I think.

In addition to the above post. Down load Christian Astrology Vol I & II by William Lilly from mithras93.tripod.com . Take prints and bind it in a book form. The book is in archaic english but it covers the horary in an exhaustive manner.
