7th house in that horary was afflicted. Like

-Saturn on cusp of 7H
-South Node in 7H

Affliction to 7H reveals a situation in which astrologer is best advised to refrain from giving judgement as his judgement might suffer due to

-Inadequate knoweldge relating to that particular aspect/class of horary.
-Danger of non-objective analysis

In my analysis i made following mistakes--

-I ruled out family members
-Wrong identification of the gender
-Mistake in profile with respect to statement that upper half of the culprit is heavy.

Deb in her analysis, identified the situation and accurately hinted where the mis-chief might lie. Which brings me to the question--

If 7H is afflicted, it may indicate that astrologer of that particular horary should refrain from giving judgement. Astrologer of horary is the one who receives the question for his location. DOes this rule extend to any other astrologer who may come and give second opinion on that particular data?
