I was just wondering about Electional Astrology, do you actually have to initiate things directly?
For instance, I want to rekindle an old relationship/friendship that I had with this guy, but I don't want to go at it directly, I wanted him to come to me. Are there some Electional Events that I could initiate that won't make me directly initiate any events with him?
The reason I'm asking is because he's a pretty stubborn person.
I guess what I'm trying to get at is, are there any Astrological Configurations in Electional Astrology that might influence him to gravitate toward me, without him actually knowing that I did something?

Any person who initiates an action gets ascendant and you would be assigned ascendant in Election Chart. Some action is necessary.

Thats kind of very tricky. The best i know is of Talismanic Magic which is based on underlying Elections chart which has to be rooted to Radix Chart. Anyway, now a days Venus is Rx. One is forbidden to take such chances. In view of the fact that Venus (the prime significator for such matters ) is not dignified, one has to fortify her via accident.

You have to place your significator in such place in the chart that it is dignified essentially and acidentlly and with benefic aspect with his significator. He must be giving you receptions as well as applying(astrologically). Then on a selected time, you have to act in such a way that you are noticed. But i must say that such kind of Election is *bit* difficult.
