i decided recently to move out of my apartment and was looking for someone to move in and maybe take over my furniture etc.
yesterday this man emailed me, and was asking for an appointment. suddenly i was wondering, if it would be wise, to give the apartment away to him, and if all would go smoothly then. so i decided to draw up the horary yesterday, 21.37h.
i am in pisces 7 degree, so nothing too late or early. (i wouldn?t have wondered, if this question would have been too early, as i even did not meet him in my aparment) jupiter in ninth house, which is quite accurate, because i am in my last year of studies, and quite focused on my exams next year. it is in its own sing, ans also has finished his retrograde period, so i am actually looking good.
first i took the fourth house for my question, as it was relating to my home.
it is signified by mercury in sixth house, they are trine within orb, three degrees apart, but as mercury is moving faster, they will not conjunct. mercury is five degrees apart to a strong sun in leo, burnt already and will conjunct him. also jupiter will not reach sun. so i suppose, he will go with another flat.
i noticed, that moon is in cancer, its own sign, so pretty strong, but although only in 21 degree cancer it is alread v.o.c. there is no applying aspect, and no seperating aspect. (if you take into account only the main aspects. )
so maybe the question is not bothering me enough, i have no real aim about that, indicated by the moon voc.
then i thought, well moving could be also a third house issue, and mars is promenently placed there, just on the angle- meaning, i will take action to move, or that i am rushing too much. either way.
also - this could be a second house issue, as I was wondering, if i will go out of this financially stable.
well this looks bad. venus retrograde in leo, going to hit a rather bad shaped saturn in detriment in two degrees. this actually shows my bad financial situation, which is one of the reason, why i plan to give up the flat, because it just seems to expensive. and oh well, a saturn is still coming up, maybe some debts i did not think of?


but then i noticed this north node right on my ascendent. this is actually my question for this - what does a karmic sign like this actually do in such an harmless (well - so i thought) question like this. does this has any meaning, or should i just don?t read this horary, because of the moon v.o.c.? as far as i know, north node in horary means something beyond our control, and also sometimes mean, that we will let everything behind, not knowing the past. could that mean, that this moving will be a karmic decision. how and why is not really known to me-. any other opinion?
any insight, also about my reading is warmly apreciated.

Hi, I think that because your question was about giving the apartment to the man who emailed you, the VOC simply means 'nothing will come of it'; in other words, you may decide not to do so.

The North Node on your ascendant is fortunate, and may mean that something 'lucky' will happen to help you with the situation. It's a sort of protective thing to have. i like to believe that north node might indicate something fortunate for me.
(but i read, that any thing in the degree of the node in a horary hast to be dealt carefully, because it is of no control, and unpredictable- evenif its the north node. but as i said, i like to believe what you said. where did you get it from?

the story went so:
he wrote me just before the appointment- and cancelled it. when i asked him later per email why, he didnt even answer. so i don't know, if he had already another flat or what ever. so yes nothing came out of this.

but now i am just wondering, if the whole issue about moving, will has a "no" result? when i asked the question, i thought about him but it involved the whole issue.

Gunhilde, you mentioned that i mgiht just stay? well i am thinking about this since i saw this horary: could it mean, it might be better to stay?
the pisces ascendent conjuncts north node, means fortunate, signfier in jupiter in sagg. and moon in cancer. so both in their DOMICILE.

and please gunhilde, keep us informed, about your horary. it is very interesting. i had a horary, with jupiter as signifier, while it was in the retro phase, and i did not know, what to do about it, because it was also in saggitarius, so it looked good, but also bad in the same time. i also had this antares star right on the ascendent meaning, fighting, war etc.
(in that mood, when i posing the question, i would have given my life for this issue.)

well until now, it has meant, it did not work, but it has not come to a clear "no-answer" (it was a relationship horary)
but i am ok whith that. could it also just mean, that it will be delayed???

maybe, the jupiter in domicile. will indicate, that you will be strong enough, to get through this?
with me- i think the retro might also hast meant, that i am holding myself from that wish result. it was as if i wanted it, but at the same time i feared it.

update: the guy, who seemed yesterday very eager to take the appartment, says today, he found shortly something else!???
it seems, the moon v.o.c. has meant the whole moving idea is going to nowhere.
i had three people, who were cancelling in the last minute. what is that about? the appartment is placed in a most sought area. a bit expensive for a student, but still affordable for people, who work. i don`t know. maybe its just not the right time. but i had thought, this would be a bit simpler. i am now thinking not to give the flat up, but rent it for three months and then decide again about what to do.
i am still wondering, if the placement of querent (signifier and moon in their domicile) meant, that i might stay where i am. i read in an article, that with moving issues, the first house is the place where i am right now, and the seventh house is the one, i intend to go to. well with south node on the descendent (virgo), mercury combust sun the other place would not look really prosperous.
but the on the other side, the original question was not, if i should move, but if it would be good to give the flat to this young man. well this has not worked out, as you know. ( uranus in the first, showed, that there will be a sudden change.)
