Since about Mid may I've been getting some phone calls from a blocked number.
A few months ago this would not have concerned me, but today, it does, because I had a falling out with my sister who is mentally unstable, and I just want to be sure that it's not her trying to get a hold of me. My sister is very prideful, and will not leave a voice mail message.
What's weird about this is maybe a several hours before this call was recieved on my phone log, I had been feeling very, very depressed. For practically no reason at all.
What's even more strange is that every single time I try to receive this phone call, I cannot, something always comes up. I'm always busy, or I have the phone off because I get tired and frustrated from waiting. It's like everytime I am really focused on answering this call, it does not happen, and when I totally forget about it, it does.
I think it's the Universe's way of playing a trick on me.
So, here's the chart.
I am just so angry and sad about this, I don't know what to do. Could anyone help me out with this?
I'm represtented by the 7th house Mercury, the caller is represented by the 1st house Jupiter. I'm in Jupiter's exaltation, so could this possibly mean this person knows me, or that I know this person?

I?m not too confident of the signification in this chart. I realise that it is an event chart and not a horary, but I?m not sure what the event is ? the time of the last call? But you describe feeling very disturbed around the time of the call, so it seems natural to me that a horary question would have been formed around that time, which would turn the signification around.

On the other hand the Moon is at the end of its sign, indicating a change. Perhaps this brings the situation to an end, or shows that it is a non-event? Sorry, I don?t have much to add to this chart but if it doesn?t mean much to you and the situation continues to be a problem you could consider creating a horary chart later.

As Deb said I'm not sure about the signification of this chart either. I presume this is the chart of the time you received one of hte calls(the first one? the last one?). In that case the caller is represented by the dignified Jupiter, in the most elevated position(on the MC), which may suggest the caller's intention is honourable, not of any ill nature, as the North Node is on the AC too. Jupiter is not afflicted so the caller's mental condition isn't bad, though it's in Rx, which can mean that the caller has tried to cantact you a few times without success, or getting back to you on past issues, or dialling the wrong number! As it's on the MC the caller may be acting in his/her proffessional capacity... considering Jupiter is in Sag, the caller may be in the proffession of law, teaching or travelling... Jupiter is unaspected so you may not have in any contact with this person before.
Also as Deb pointed out, the Moon at the late degrees suggets a change of circumstances. I see though it's not VOC, the square to Mars is within the orb.

Having said that, the Moon and Mars are both weakly placed. So you don't need to worry, nothing is likely to happen

The last aspect Jupiter had was a trine to Venus, ruling the 3rd and 8th. Does the Pisces AC describe your sister(noting also Uranus in the 1st)? But it's really impossible to get the significator for yourself becuase the identity of the caller is unknown(we can only speculate). You'll have to draw up a horary chart as Deb suggested.

Well, the calls stopped for a whole month.....but then they started up again the day before yesterday, on the 30th I recieved a phone call at 1:31 AM
I drew up a horary chart for both of the events, and I have the event charts as well

What I first noticed is that both the ascendants for the horary and event have something to do with Venus.
The horary chart, the third house is at Zero in Gemini, Mercury is in the 5th house in cancer disposited by the moon in Jupiter's exaltation. Mercury also rules the 7th house. The moon is peregrine in aquarius @21 degrees and 47 seconds..not too good, but it's also positioned in the 12th house, obviously very fitting for this situation. Both mars and Jupiter have equal dignity on the ascendant, and Mercury is trining to Mars with reception by triplicity. I don't know what significator to use as the person who actually did the calling, should I use the 7th house? Both the Moon and Venus are squaring Mars Venus at 7 degrees, and the Moon at 4 degrees.
The moon will oppose Saturn in about 4 degrees...
I hope this has nothing to do with some weirdo secret admirer, because who in their right mind calls at 1:31 AM in the morning? Jupiter is in a good position, but Mars is in it's detriment in Taurus. Forgive me if I've said anything stupid, I'm just not that advanced in Horary yet.
Event chart number 2-Once again strange, because there's some kind of Venusian influence on the ascendant. The second call was recieved on Monday 11:46 AM

Scorpio on the Ascendant, 3rd house is ruled by Saturn, in Leo, in the 9th house. Mars is on the DC in its detriment in Taurus. Venus is conjunct the 10th house cusp. Anyway, I am just frustrated because I don't know which sigs to use. Does anyone have any kind of input on this? I am a woman, are there any indicators in all these charts of who this person might be?

There are so many event charts and a horary. I still wonder why do you bother about a trivial event. You can call him back or lodge a complaint with Telecommunication Authority. Anyway, without explaining each chart and giving my astrological explanation. Here is my combined analysis.

The person is from your past. Cause of some reason relation did not work and most probably there were heated arguments. He wants to make a contact but is at the same time reluctant to do so. He thinks of you as a proud woman who is charming but not manageable. He has resorted to or wants to handle you via tactics. The tactics is to make you confuse. In this way you would be confused about the identity having clear suspicion who it might be but again not able to pin-point him. By this way you would incline to think more of him and loose defensive guards.

I have taken combined effect of all the charts and tried to single out one person. If there were many. God help me.

I don't know, it felt so surreal, but turns out, it was my X if you can call it that, he was calling me since Mother's day. In fact, he just called me again right now....
