I started this job 6 months ago. The company is prestigious, the money was very good, but it's a tough job - difficult commute, long hours, unfriendly colleagues, everyone self-contained, no one really talks to anyone - AND I was thrown into the throes of a manager who has historically been known to be impossible to please or work for, and who takes pleasure in demeaning people. It hasn't gotten that bad with me (yet), but I did receive a "warning" call about my work (which honestly was not justified...). I really wanted to succeed here, but it didn't work out that way, and so the question was asked:

The first thing I notice is the early ascendant - question too early to ask? Not if they are about ready to get rid of me...Next, I am Jupiter, strong and in the 10th. The job is Jupiter as well, so I took my signification from the Moon. The Moon is in the dignity and triplicity of Jupiter, and also in the 10th, so they think well of me? Am I in a stronger position than I think? Even though there is no planetary hour agreement, I think the chart is radical due to the location of the significators.
What I find interesting is that the Moon is in almost exact trine to Venus, ruler of 3rd and 8th, but combust - the warning phone call that I got? Then it goes on to trine Saturn, ruler of 11th and also combust and in terrible shape. But, both Venus and Saturn come out of combustion in just one unit of time, as the sun slips into Virgo. The Sun is currently strong in its own sign, but it's in the 29th critical degree, and then it loses its strength as it slips into Virgo.
Could the Sun be my boss who is about to lose power? (The projects he is in charge of are slipping their dates on account of his mismanagement).
But what I just can't seem to understand is the Moon conjuncting Pluto in the 10th. what is pluto? Am I in dire trouble here?
Any help in understanding this horary would be appreciated.

Pluto is about transformation, Pluto and moon conj in 10 in SAgitarius to me sounds like a Maternal Take over, you wouldn't happen to be able to lead the motly crew if you needed to would you? Or is there some figure that suits who might be in the position to take over? because it seems to me, You and career must be in line from what you've said, I haven't looked at the chart, just remarking on those notes.

No, it's definitely not me. I'm just a consultant there.

If Pluto is transformation and Moon is going to conjunct pluto in the 10th, could it imply that I may leave even though they don't ask me to, and since I'm so sick of the whole corporate rat-race, decide to transform my career and life in some way?

I don't know the significance of Pluto here since there is so much still unknown about it so I'll just ignore it here.

But at quick glance, I would think you're in good shape. You and the 10th have same ruler, Jupiter dignified in its own sign. Its about to pass over your MC so you might get a promotion or much better position.

You've also got the north node near your asc in your first house.

Venus in the 6th represents someone in your employment, likely a woman. Moon recently sextiled your co-ruler Neptune in the twelfth, retrograde, fixed and intercepted and then moon immediately trined Venus in the 6th bringing you two together though you would rather have not been put together. Venus and Neptune (your co ruler) are in opposition.

Perhaps there is a female co worker or some other woman, connected with your job who is causing you some stress or worry because you feel she was forced on you. Looks like you two either do not like or trust each other. (This may be only on your part.) This seems to be the cause of your concern but because the moon has passed this now and is going on to make good aspects: trine to saturn and sun in the 6th (and regulus) it appears it will work out.

Interesting here is that your co-ruler moon also rules your sixth of employment. Then Jupiter your other ruler also rules the 10th house of employer or career. Leo here is ruler of employment, intercepted in 6th. Sun its, ruler is strong in Leo and conjuct Regulus.

I don't think they will terminate your services. You've got some good things going on here. Neptune tends to be fearful and imaginative anyway and in the 12th, more so.

A few things happened:
1) My boss got promoted, so he couldn't be the sun

I don't think they will terminate your services. You've got some good things going on here. Neptune tends to be fearful and imaginative anyway and in the 12th, more so.

2) I got praise for my work from a senior manager
3) A few weeks later, my boss called me into his office and also gave positive feedback for my work. He's actually being quite nice to me now.

So contrary to what I thought would happen, I didn't get canned. The ominous Moon conjunct Pluto in the 10th still remains a mystery - not quite sure how that will pan out. Thanks for the feedback!
