I've been helping a friend of mine research whether she has a case to claim Holiday Pay that has been taken from her but she hasn't had paid holidays.

I wondered to myself a few minutes ago

"Will they pay up?" if she takes action.

First thing is that I've changed the time to 11.56am.

Can't do that you cry.

This is because I often get early charts.

Immediately, I feel them I write down the time, where it probably would be wise to go for a good pondering walk around the garden while I get a feel for them.

Can't be bothered so I add 20 mins.

As I was adding 20 mins I got the feel for 11.56am.

All of this was before I had looked at the chart AT ALL.

So, feel free to pick me up on inaccurate detail except the time part becuase I do that nearly always.

I've started using Reg instead of Plac though not totally comfortable with it.

It's big boys Astro.

So Scorpio rising is a suitable reflection of US.

Nice nearly EXACT (seperating) sextile between Mars (us) and Venus (them).

Not totally sure of when a seperating aspect becomes past rather than happening.

So things should be resolved in a friendly sort of manner.

Mars in Venus's terms.

Don't like the Moon in the 8th which I think (in night charts maybe) can be negative.

Passing over the Void of Course of course just now.

Asc in Mars in terms and Dsc in Venus's.

So clear rulerships.

POF near MC. In Leo +4, in 10th +5

Venus
retro -5
10th +5
slow -2
in terms +2
oriental - 2
=-2

Mars
direct +4
fastish +2
8th -2
oriental + 2
=+6

plus POF at +9
Moon waxing +2

so +17 (?)

So looks good for a positive out come.

Sagittarius on the 2nd house cusp.

Jupiter at home.

(but Pluto very slow and retro = uummmmmmmmmmmm ?)

Good news for assets and self-esteem.

Gemini on the 8th with Mercury in Virgo.

So their assets are in good shape.

I like Venus on the MC verses Chiron on the IC.

I'd see that as them holding the perceived high ground against the perceived pain we feel as ALL to loose.

It's really about whose got the biggest heart.

Now back to the Void of Course Moon.

Things will go as expected.

She's going to get some advice from company that offer advice about these things.

They'll advise going to a Tribunal but firstly contacting the other party with written details of the claim.

We've researched it all.

They've made a complete mess of the paper work.

It's embarassing.

We'll offer them the chance to "make an offer that can't be refused.

We'll get SOME cash.

Moon leaving Mars and heading towards Venus.

A couple of points arising.

Venus 16?48'r
Mars 17?51'

In fact, it is no longer exact so we are looking at a past event.

I cheated on that.

But I struggle with deciding the validity of aspects, and to a lesser extent recognitions.

So if the question was will we get the pay then the chart was invalid because it was showing something in the past.

Any comments on that?

2/ The "on earth" playing out of these Stars suggest a 3rd part in action somewhere.

Don't really know how to look for that.

Possibly the Moon is translating light from Mars to Venus.

Yes from what I can understand the Moon is a 3rd party.

I'd like to know more about this 3rd party.

So would they be represented by Cancer? I think yes or by Gemini? I think no.
