I am confused, it tried to find out which Lord represent an increase of money.

I am a subcontractor and work via an agency, however the company i am working for as promoted me to take charge of a team.
At the present time, i am waiting for them to offer an increased of hourly rate.

Should I take 8th house, 2nd house from 7th (company) and or 11 house (employer wages).

and or should I take Lord 2

Traditionally, the second house would be the income of the querent.

Eighth house shows the income of the company, (in a contracted relationship). But you wanted to ask about your income, not theirs. Eleventh house shows the income of your employer, if you are in an employee/employer relationship. But that does not apply to your case, since you are contracted. And even if it did, eleventh would be the income of your boss or your company, which you did not ask about.

Venus, Jupiter, North Node, or a waxing Moon would be nice to find in the second house, for a question about increased income. Or either Jupiter/Venus as Lord/Lady of the second, if they were in good dignity and applying to good planets with reception and good aspects. The waxing Moon as Lady of the second would be good, too, if she were in good dignity and applying to good planets with reception and good aspects.

good all round second house for a question about your personal income. Dont complicate it for yourself.

once you get a good look at lord of second and its condition, you may also see some lovely aspect between 2nd and 7th or 10th, but since what you really want ot know is, 'will my income increase', just look at overall condition of 2nd house and its ruler.
