The 7th house ruler moon signifies how the relationship started and what it will turn into. Pluto in the 12th indicates the potential hidden anger and resentment, vindictivementss of the quesitied has toward the situation. Neptune and Uranus in the 2nd house also indicates an element of deception how the quesitied is using the money as a way of control over the querent. The querent in the 6th house indicates how she is viewed and could be harmed by the situation. Mercury and Libra in the 9th house indicates that communication between them by legal written documents or could be that the querent will initiate a legal proceeding against the quesitied. Not sure how to read Jupiter in the 11th.

You need to give location and co-ords in order to draw a Horary Chart we can look at and see the Asc, Planetary and House placements. Regiomontanus is the House system used for Horary. It should be an interesting Horary to read.

More confusion, hazelbazel. You say EST but I make it to be EDT ... which gives a 6 degree Capricorn ASC rather than 16 degrees Capricorn ????

With the data and co-ords, Solar Fire V 6 gives an Asc @ 7.03 Cap. EDT from SF Atlas for Ann Arbor, Michigan. Moon is VOC.
