Hi all!

Has anyone in this forum made a chart concerning M:s disapperance? Or is it considered inappropriate? Or is there just a lack of relevant data? I have not seen anything about it here or at Lous Rodden. Maybe a experienced astrologer could help in the matter?

I have no knowledge of a Horary chart being set up for this little girl who has gone missing.
It is my understanding if the authorities, Police etc. have asked for help from the Public to find Madeline then Astrolgers can set up a chart but not before.

I would assume hundreds of horaries have been cast for this tragedy, although this site has thankfully and markedly avoided it so far. There's a huge thread over on Astrologyweekly about it, under Lost or Missing Items or Persons.

Lots of people ask themselves: "Where is Maddie?" and then make a chart for the moment they put that question. I doubt that this works -there are too many subjective motives that may be part of the chart or part of the interpretation.

There is only one chart that is able to give us an insight: the moment the couple informed the police: May 3rd, 2007, Lagos Port., 22:00 Local Time, AC on the first degrees of SAG.
What is surprising: the relatively strong AC-ruler JU - it is in house one in SAG, retrograde. You would not expect it there, and you would certainly expect the ruler to be more afflicted. It has been noticed ( outside Britain) that parents who have lost their child (or who fear they might have lost it) behave in a totally different way.
Madelaine is represented by VE. For some time VE was retrograde, when it went straight again the police frankly said that the parents might be involved. Some days ago, when Sun was conj. MC and UR was opposite Sun, i.e. conj. IC, the police openly declared that the parents were officially suspected.
In a few weeks's time VE (=Maddie) will reach the MC, JU will reach its Radix-degree ... that might be the end of the affair. However, it can not be ruled out that the child will never be found and that no-one will ever know what really happened.
(I do not think that the child is still alive: When you look at the New Moon-chart preceding Madelaine's birth and then make a solar chart for 2006/07, you find SA conj. AC (Leo) and Moon conjunct IC on the first degrees of Scorpio.
By the way: professional crime psychologists from the start have suspected that the parents might be somewhat involved.)
