To be or not to be a Moveable Sign ?! 1 by Yikkes! Wish I had asked this months ago. Lee Lehman refers to Moveable, Common and Fixed signs. The entry for ?mutable / common signs? explains why the passive adaptability of the mutable signs is different from the active changeability of the cardinal / moveable signs.
