Pluto on Ascendent? 1 by granny_skot I mean exactly. 11 am Vista, CA. 1 november 2007 horary question did refer to what does querant need to do... that seems to me to say the person needs to make a drastic personal change? 3 by Morpheus My little research with planets which are especially conjunct Ascendant is that they either Represent the almost permanent nature of that person, If and only if he/she is going to ask few or only one question in his life to that particular astrologer. Otherwise if that person is one who may ask further questions as client or some body who has access, than any planet conjunct ascendant represents the >mental state< of the querent at that particular moment.
