a resolution 1 by usefor hi i had sent a manuscript to a publishing house and today they finally have annouced me by email my proposition was receaved and an answer would have been given in 2 months... my question:their answer will be yes or no?(they will decide to publish my manuscript or not) 14h20Galati, Romania,16.11.2007 the horary chart is quite doubtful moon (in house 11, Aquarius ) square mercury(in Scorpio,7, ruler of 3th house-the book and of 7th-the collaboration with the publishing house ) no mutual reception between the Moon and the Mercury( so the answer seems to be no ) but maybe there is a case of translation of light(Moon goes to Mercury and than to Venus )...and the part of Fortune beeing in the 3th house(of publishing )...all that could turn the answer into yes? WILL THE ANSER BE YES OR NO? 2 by Julie K usefor, asc I've drawn up the Horary for Galati, Romania @ 14.20 - and the Asc is 26/36 Pisces. Solar Fire V6 shows the Time Zone as EET - 2.00 hrs.The Moon is in 6 Aqu 3 degrees off 12th House, Sun @ 23/Scorpio 8th. Doesnt seem to be the placements you are indicating.
