well, moon is in 8th house.. i am in big doubt that i will get the email let alone YES .. Plus i am keeping low profile on this *keeping it to myself*
i get the saturn ruler of 9th house *derived 3rd from 7th* by sign..

this is the fun part
the saturn ruler of his 1st/2nd/3rd is in my 3rd house! okay saturn and moon are in ruler/triplicity looks good! they dont aspect
but saturn sextiles asce in 2! 2 weeks or 2 days?
merc natural ruler of messages in my 5th house.
last aspect from the moon will be a parralle to merc after squaring with Sun!

Could it be that peregrine saturn represent this person wobbling between "yes and no" Plus his significator is in mutable/virgo decanade *according to Ivy, she says that the person will rely on other's opinions or seeking an advice from another person"

my question is what is this cluster of saturns ruling his 1st/2nd/3rd?

on 19th of november at 6:30 pm, which will be Monday Merc and mars will be in a perfect trine!
but then Venus will be squaring mars at the same time!
hmmm? interference? merc and mars are in mr by face.

what i dont like about this chart is 5th and 11th houses are in critical degree and venus is a bit on my way. But then they are not really significators of the question.

Ivy says that parrallel aspect means "it is as good as it is done now!"

any thoughts?

How about timing it using the sextile from Saturn (turned Lord 3) to the Asc?

Given the significator of the email (turned Lord 3) is already in your 3rd house, maybe we can use the immediately applying sextile to the Asc?

Cadent house is fast, mutable signs are variable... Slightly less than two degrees, so just under two somethings... Two days? Two weeks? When are you expecting the email to arrive, or how long does it usually take to go through the procedure?


That's just what jumped out at me... ignoring nasty Mars on the Asc that is

I am betting on 2 days... the procedure is very simple. All he has to do is send me PDF form, then i sign it and send it back to him then i get stamped approval.. Most people have that form on their computers. I dont know maybe he is just tied up with something. Maybe he is not near his office or home. Let's see what tuesday will bring!

Mars on asce is just saying how impatient i am..

Here is why it is a NO!

on page 141 in Simplified Horary Astrology by Ivy Goldstein-Jacobson,
she says

"it also rules the end of the matter the querent asks about as well as his grave or the end of the matter he is made of and any lunar aspect to the 4th cusp of its ruler will have a bearing on the way the question will turn out". in one chart there was moon already trined IC *the woman paid the loan for her house * and in another moon squared MC - the girl drowned.

In my chart, Moon does not aspect IC

The lights, which also happen to be ruler of the Ascendant and the 3rd, reject each other. The Sun is detrimented in the place of the Moon, the Moon is in fall in the place of the Sun. Therefore, the matter collapses.
