13 by SRS Thanks for that...it's just I remember Frawley writing about significators and looking for an aspect to the ASC to see when someone would arrive. SRS Quote Wed Mar 05, 2008 2:33 pm
14 by spirlhelix Hi, CD! I'm pretty sore, thanks for asking. Will post in more detail when I feel a bit better. Well wishes, Pam "Id rather learn from one bird how to sing than teach ten thousand stars how not to dance" Quote Wed Mar 05, 2008 3:40 pm
15 by cosmicdolphin Pam Feel better and better! keep us posted.. SRS I tend to agree with Pete on this Asce just tells that it has ended ... at first i thought, Asce deg is fixed and it doesnt move but then i noticed that it does my question is what is the ratio on it? 1 deg per 10 min"? Cheers CD Quote Wed Mar 05, 2008 6:41 pm
16 by Pete my question is what is the ratio on it? 1 deg per 10 min"? Hi CD, I'd go with real-time motion on this, therefore the movement of the ascendant is tied to the motion of the midheaven, which moves one degree every 4 minutes of time. Cheers, Pete Quote Wed Mar 05, 2008 7:31 pm

18 by kerenhappuch Thanks for the comments! Pete: what a brilliant description "Never shall a thing go handsomely forward". I love the old language, the poetry of it is just beautiful. Well, he did turn up... we spent all of 40 mins together, 10 of these he was on the phone to his mum (!!)... Talked about nothing in particular. Further to your post, Gunhilde, I have made a resolution never to talk about "the relationship" to the person I'm in a relationship with ever again (I read "The Rules")... So now it's up to him to realise he has to up his game. We parted with him saying he will contact me next week, whether he will or not... The jury is still out! CD, your first post is pretty much what I thought! Your second post - much as I would love to meet someone new, I sincerely doubt it from this chart. Venus and L1 don't make any applying aspects, and when L1 changes sign it will lose dignity, not gain it. Plus the Moon is entering Aquarius, ruled also by Saturn, which makes me think things will not change much, as I will still be focused on the same things (L5!!). This is a different (and slightly less positive) interpretation of your points, Pam. SRS - I hadn't noticed this aspect! (You're correct about Frawley for timings. Question is not about timings however.) Interesting comment Pete about the aspect of Jupiter to the Ascendant. I will have another look. One of the striking things about this chart is the definite lack of applying aspects!! I shall keep you posted, but so far it does seem that this chart definitely describes a situation which "will not go handsomely forward"! "Forced to desist with shame and loss" - I love this quote too! Seems pretty appropriate! Keren Quote Fri Mar 07, 2008 8:26 pm

"Forced to desist with shame and loss" - I love this quote too! Seems pretty appropriate! Hi Keren, thanks for your feedback on this. So he showed up after all! And yet from what you said, it doesn't seem as though he was actually "present", if you catch my drift... Nice to see you being so upbeat about the whole thing. Good for you! :-) Cheers, Pete Quote Fri Mar 07, 2008 9:31 pm
20 by spirlhelix Hi, Keren! Wanted to point out that Aquarius rules the cusp of the sixth, not the fifth. Perhaps as the Moon moves through Aquarius you will be more clearly able to see in what areas the fellow is acting in a self-defeating manner, and thus come to the conclusion that all you really want for now is to let this one ride. Actually, you are starting to sound that way in your more recent post. Just another slant! 21 by AquarianEssence Hi. Just thought I'd throw out my 2 cents on the chart, having dealt with a void Moon all my life. I've see the following possibilities with the void: Nothing will come of it You?ll get more than you bargained for Things will continue on as they have been, according to last aspect There may be some loose ends to tie up according to the last aspect before it will be complete Its over but one may continue on as if it isn?t There may be a loophole present, not otherwise available Something may be overlooked that could be to one?s benefit You may begin something similar right away because it is comfortable and soon you?ll have to take on something completely different. Moon's last aspect was contra-parallel Mars ruling the 8th of transformations, which is also his value system, and your 3rd thought process, maybe thinking he'll change. I suspect he inspires some intensity. BUT Moon isn't void because she has yet to parallel Jupiter in a couple of degrees, although she will have to change and reach into 0Aquarius to do this. I have seen it happen, but it will be up to you. Are you willing to take a more detached hold than Capricorn likes? Moon also recently squared the solstice point of Sun ruling the 12th of unfinished business, and Sun is his co-significator. The nodes are directing you toward being willing to work on the relationship in a detached manner, not an easy thing to do. But I think you are up to it since your work ruler is in mutual reception with your primary significator, which is a very good worker. It's clear from the chart you have some strong sexual connections. If the relationship is going to work it will take some adjusting and working through areas of freedom, rights, and what it means to be in a fair relationship. If you can allow Saturn to take his throne in Aquarius rather than keeping him hidden in your 12th, or taking the Capricorn route, then Mercury will have strong dignity. That is where your success will lie with him. He values his freedom but likes being attached, I think. Also, I don't look at the angles as moving, only the planets, so I see Jupiter trine the ascendant. Do you sense that he loves you in a Capricorn sort of way? What might it be like when Mars gets into Cancer and they have mutual reception? I don't move ahead in signs for horary reading like that but it's something to think about because Mars rules new starts which it looks like you've already initiated. Spending half his time with you on the phone with his mother clearly points to Mars void of course and soon moving into Cancer, where he has quite a bit of natural dignity. All men want a mother in some form. All the best, Connie Quote Tue Mar 11, 2008 2:31 pm
mystified 22 by pankajdubey I am mystified by this chart. But,it is so difficult to miss the opportunity to be wise when the result is already out I will keep the references very impersonal. There is VOC Moon and no aspect between signifactors-still the act of contacting was initiated. The opportunity was created- nothing came out of it and this has happened without the presence of aspect. Why was there unwillingness to act by the other party? I think, this is illustrated by mutual reception by sign between 1st and 5th lord-the 7th lord(Jupiter) got dragged along because it was being disposed by saturn-the 5th lord. The problem was two fold- 1)the saturn is retrograde and in 12th- unwilling and some kind of restrained 2) mercury is disposing saturn in its own sign as well as exaltation sign, but poor jupiter finds saturn in it's detriment sign. In all probability the quesited found the querent's action/intent to be one of reluctance(retrograde) and cagey(12th) - I am aware that this is opposite of what the final feedback was reported to be.Because jupiter found saturn in its sign of detriment- brought out the worst in him, he found solace in his other sign- Sagittarius and, gladly talked to his mom(10th from 7th). I would still keep an eye on this and see what happens when saturn gets direct. best wishess PD Quote Tue Mar 18, 2008 10:51 am
