I was wondering about that Ma in fall so close to ASC, but because it was in Moon's sign I hope it will be Ok because Ma in this case "like" Moon and above all Moon is in trine with it!
I expect many goals, first Moon in double sign, second Ur in 10th house(usually surprise high result) but was not sure do I have to look at that as I look when I read event chart, so I did not told anything about that.

All the games that started at 18.45 GMT:
Bayern M - Getafe 1-1
Fiorentina - PSV Eindhoven 1-1
Rangers - Sp.Lisbon 0-0
Exeter - Droylsden 1-1

It's as if someone was applying an equal house system...

Ficina, UBER - Well done with Rangers!!!
However, I would have to give first prize to Goca!!

Golly, I can't believe all those draws!

Here's the astrology to back up my predictions (only one of which was correct).

In all three games I gave the Asc to the home team/faves. Not enough time to look up all those colours!

Rangers/Sporting - no testimonies for either side + chart not radical = draw.

Fiorentina/PSV and Bayern/Gatafe - charts were exactly the same. Moon opp ant Sun (L10) I thought would be sufficient for the faves to win. Obviously not! :(

Agree Goca definitely gets first prize :D

In view of all those draws last night in matches starting the same time, but in different places, I think we might note the position and condition of the Moon at 12PI28, separating from a trine to Mars at 11CN59.

Also, Venus was 26PI59 and on the very cusp of her exaltation degree = rest, peace, balance and contentment.

Maybe this could prove useful later..

Liverpool v Arsenal, 7.45pm BST, Asc 17,40 Libra

Liverpool are faves but not odds-on
Chart is radical by triplicity
Moon is VOC
Two minor testimonies for Asc team - Venus sextile ant POF and Moon trine ant Venus

Using the colour method, Liverpool (red) are Desc. With Moon VOC there is the possibility of a draw but radicality shifts the balance back to the faves. The question is, are the two minor testimonies for the underdog sufficient to shift the balance back again?

It's a difficult one to call, so I'll say Liverpool to win or a draw. If it's a 0-0 draw, Liverpool will go through on the away goals rule anyway.

Lets look at CHELSEA-FENERBAHCHE
08-04-2008
18:45 gmt
London

CHELSEA is obviously on ASC. Favorite, at home and bright blue.

How ANDREW rightly said, SATURN exalt in LIBRA! CHART RADICAL!
Whether will rescue it?

There is precise opposition MOON-POS! Perhaps, The same situation across all England's 101 football matches.

PART of SUDDEN PROMOTION (14Capr32') ASC-SA+ASC-SUN+MOON
oppose very closely MARS L7. No promotion to BAHCHE! :-T

Actually it varies. The further west you go, the later the sunset :) Compare the Liverpool chart where the Sun is still above the horizon and the Moon is separating from its opp to POF/POS.

I think Chelsea should go through OK. Although Moon opp POF/POS is a negative testimony for them, they do have the advantage of those two minor Venus testimonies, whereas there are no positive testimonies for Fenerbahce.

The planetary hour is on the cusp from Moon and Saturn, but definately in the hour of Saturn. However, due to the bending of light - the Sun could actually still be on the horizon. We calculate the planetary hours according to the rational horizon, although the Sun, in some texts is said to rule dusk and dawn (ie day and night) where its light still holds power. When the Lord of the hour is on the cusp of one hour to the next, I feel that matters are harder to pick. The transition could indicate a change of sentiment or attitude.
