by Andrew Bevan Uber said:CHELSEA is obviously on ASC. Favorite, at home and bright blue. How ANDREW rightly said, SATURN exalt in LIBRA! CHART RADICAL! Whether will rescue it? Sorry, Ficina, I ran out of steam this evening and went for a cross-country run instead. Before putting the children to bed. Now I want to look up a reference for GEM which said that the Sun ruled the dusk before dawn, if I can find it. Not that I think this had any consequence for the division into day and night/ diurnal and nocturnal rulership - it was just something that struck me as interesting... I think the team effort was good and the charts hard to call. I don't think anyone did anything wrong, but rather made important contibutions to measuring the games up. I can try and participate in the aftermath, if there is anything to be said or added. I am quite happy with Liverpool and Chelsea getting through. What is remarkable is how Arsenal have lost their dominance after the nodes changed sign. http://www.astronor.com Quote Tue Apr 08, 2008 9:24 pm
by Ficina I thought Chelsea would go through for the reasons I gave beforehand but I still think the Liverpool one was difficult to call. At least though it's a point in favour of radicality when hour ruler and Asc ruler are of same nature. Liverpool 4 - 2 Arsenal Quote Tue Apr 08, 2008 9:52 pm
by Andrew Bevan It was extremely difficult to call, Ficinia. At this level no one did wrong in submitting there ideas in order to get a view of what was going on. Arsenal seemed to loose their bite around the turn of the year, or with the African cup, and then there is this extraordinary reshuffling of players - with Owen going to Newcastle!? There seems to be movements in the hierarchy of teams, or they are working on an unclear identity. I felt that Liverpool might get it (drawing twice against Arsenal at home is very impressive) but with a certain fog surrounding both teams. http://www.astronor.com Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 6:53 am
by Ficina there is this extraordinary reshuffling of players - with Owen going to Newcastle!? When you mentioned this before - Owen being a new player for Newcastle - I thought you were being funny. Owen went to Newcastle (from Real Madrid) back in 2005. Unfortunately he hasn't played a lot due to successive injuries, so I suppose it's understandable that you see him as being a new or recent signing for Newcastle Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 8:26 am

Goodness gracious!! I guess that says everything how much time I have spent on football!! I better check the calendar to see which year we are in! Doesn't time fly! http://www.astronor.com Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 8:47 am
by Ficina Doesn't time fly! It does indeed! I knew he'd been there for a while but I confess I had to look up the precise year. I'd also forgotten he'd played for Real Madrid. Thought he'd gone straight from Liverpool to Newcastle Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 9:00 am
by Goca 09 April 2008 20:45 (CET) - Camp Nou - Barcelona vs Schalke ASC=24Li57 I would asign ASC to Barcelona, blue/red sport kit , ruler Ve in Ar. Accidental+essential dignities for Ve=-12 for Ma=7 Moon's aspects: conjunct AMa opose POF According to J.Frawley these are + testimonies for DSC team. Because MC/IC is ready to change sign I espect early goal. My prediction - Schalke will win. 128 by Ficina I agree that the Desc team should win but I had difficulties sorting out the colours. I thought perhaps Barca should be Desc because of the red (although I realise the blue doesn't fit), and Schalke in white with pale blue trim seemed to fit Libra/Venus. Moon conj ant Mars (L7) before opp POF, so I thought a win for Barca who are odds-on faves. However, having read what you've written - Venus in Aries for blue/red - that makes perfect sense and yes, those testimonies (plus chart not radical) indicate a win for Schalke. They're a very good price Oops, sorry, no, the chart is radical - hour ruler and Asc ruler in same triplicity Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 1:21 pm
by Andrew Bevan Barcelona - Schalke 04, 18.45 GMT Odds: 1,40 4,50 8,50 Asc 25LI00 MC 29LE38 Moon 10GE40 POF/POS 15SG22 Radical by the Lord of the Hour, the Sun, being in the same triplicity as the Lady of the ascendant, Venus. I like the draw on this one, but because the planets are in the same sign, this may still give advantage to the favourite. POF closest aspect is trine Mercury, who is Lord of the Day, dispositor of the Moon, disposes POF by term, and has dignities on the ascendant by triplicity. I therefore go for the favourites, Barcelona. http://www.astronor.com Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 2:12 pm
by UBER I found the strongest testimony for DSC team - Antiscion POF on DSC. I would assign DSC for BARCA, because 12th house ruler VENUS (fans on stadium) weaker then MARS of 6th. ASC team will score first probably. Alexey Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 2:57 pm
by Goca Uber, check out your chart I think you look at wrong one. Greetings, Goca http://www.astrosport07.webs.com http://fensi88.livejournal.com/ Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 4:26 pm
by Ficina Does anyone have any thoughts on the ManU/Roma game or is it a foregone conclusion? 7.45pm BST, Manchester, Asc 18,47 Libra. The chart isn't radical. Moon separating from opp POF, so no problems there. ManU get Desc on colours (red), so they get the benefit of Moon conj ant Mars (L7). Is that sufficient for them to win? Even if it's a draw, ManU will go through because they already have a 2-0 lead from the first leg. Quote Wed Apr 09, 2008 6:06 pm
