The present Norwegian Government lead by Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg, is formed on basis of a political majority gathered through the coalition of the AP (Labour Party), SV (Social Liberals) and SP (Centre Party). The coalition entered office on Oct 17. 2005. However, the political platform was agreed upon under the influence of the solar eclipse Oct 3. 2005 and on the day they entered office there was a lunar eclipse!!

The coalition of party leaders reflect a combination of the sun signs Pisces (AP), Virgo (SV) and Libra (SP). The coming partial solar eclipse of March 19. 2007 hits the PM hard. Virgo (SV) is likely to have had enough and during Spring bags will be packed and Government restructured.

This second Government of Jens Stoltenberg was appointed by King Harald V of Norway and entered office on Oct 17.2005 at 13.00 hrs LST, Oslo.

Only one day after opening this topic, confict escalates in the Socialist Liberal Party (SV) regarding the election of the party's vice-leader and 2nd in command to be elected at the annual party conference of March 22-25. Central forces within SV are displeased with the party leaders tactics in the governing coalition with Labour (AP) and the Centre Party (SP). The candidature of Ingrid Fiskaa has been in the media focus and suggested to be a counteractive force that would restrain the migrating and compromizing coalition tendencies of party leader Kristin Halvorsen.

Today on Feb 26. the Progress Party (Frp) and Conservative (H) profile in Norwegian media and claim a mutual intention of working towards a stronger political coalition and government of the opposite wing after the general election of 2009.

The Norwegian coalition government of Jens Stoltenberg (Labour) gets through Spring. Labour party collaborate, union leader Gerd-Liv Valla, departs from office after riot concerning her leadership style. The Social Liberals, one of the coalitions legs, give a grumble, but treamour warnings within the party settle for the time being. Stoltenberg abandons likelihood of a Norwegian membership in the EU in the forseeable future (previously a priority), while Centre party and Liberals soften on environmental issues in areas which up until now have been under protection.

My conception is still that the coalition will not complete its' period.

Norway had local elections on Sep.10 This has no immediate consequence for the mandates in parliament or the composition of the Government, but the Socialist Liberal Party (SV), lead by Kristin Halvorsen, suffered a catastrophic election, lost half of their votes and the party support and size was reduced from 13,1% to 6,5%.

This was a hard blow for the the Social Liberal Party that lost votes in all directions. Their defeat took most of us by surprize and the reason was not easily explained. The other members of the Goverment coalition, AP and SP, both showed strength and resonable results. Looking ahead, though, the strength of the Government coalition between AP, SV and SP is put to question, as one of its legs has become severely weekened!

This is in accord with the essense of the prediction released in February where we specified that SV would be the cause of the weakness. The election is such a personal defeat for Kristin Halvorsen, and the astrological give-away is the direction of her Sun-rise Age Point into the sign of Scorpio in April of this year. I think Jens Stoltenberg might be born shortly after noon. So Asc to be in Leo, MC in Aries, Sun in 9th, Venus and Mercury in 10th, Moon and Mars in 11th, Jupiter in 5th and Saturn in 6th.

The asc ruler in 9th is pretty well. The ruler of the Sun is in in its own diurnal sign squared by Pluto, wich might gave him a power struggling approach. Mars with Moon are in the diurnal sign of Mercury. The ruler of the last both is in diurnal sign of Mars. Mars and Mercury are in sextile, so there is a very strong mutual reception. Saturn in its own sign in 6th is also good.

Aslaug Haga SP (Centre Party) threw in the towl and resigned from the Stoltenberg Government as from today. She also resigned as the leader of the Centre Party. This comes in the wake of discrepancies revealed in her personal economy were she is to have rented out an outhouse without declaring taxable income and also built a jetty on her personal property without permission. Previously this year she had to admit assigning a lucrative consultancy job at the ministry to one of her party fellowmen after first having said that she had no idea who had taken the initiative.

Aslaug Haga was one of the pillars in the Stoltenberg coalision, and political commentators do today say that her departure from the government leaves the government greatly weakened. Haga was Minister for the Department of Petroleum and Energy.
