Hermes on Moon Mansions 1 by margherita I've just finished to translate in English a chapter of Hermes about Moon Mansions. It's from a Spanish manuscript of 13th century kept at Vatican Library (bookshelf Vat. Reg. 1283). For every mansion I have listed corresponding stars, as given by one of the most important scholars about star names, Paul Kunitzsch. This could be, unfortunately the text does not mention how we should impute planets to mansions. In some medieval codex (quoted by C.Burnett) planets are imputed to Moon mansions by facie order according Hindu, i.e. Mars, Sun, Jupiter for Aries and so on... This is the same order used by Albumasar for liber VI of Great Introduction. so it makes sense to me, it should be of common use in Middle Ages.
