The first house describes the general appearance of the native,colouring,personality etc.
Or are you actually looking for this 'hot' person in a horary question?

I got an ASC of 24 Aq for your chart.

Assuming it was asked by querent, the other person is Sun. I am not sure why you think querent is due to meet other person as I don?t see any relevant aspect, and Sun is going to his own house. So I am thinking I got the wrong asc.

Anyway Frawley gives the following directions:

Saturn - tall and slim, maybe dark hair
jupiter big in height and build, fleshy in water signs
mars short muscular solidly built
sun tall well built, not as big as jupiter, big hair
venus, short, soft bodied
mercury, mid height, slim, straight hair
moon, fleshy, not tall, bigger if waxing.

Sun in Leo, we have a very "Sunny" person, probably choleric in temper and with a little belly (terms of jupiter)

I would also look at Lilly for signification clues.
