Hi everyone,

I'm wondering what house you would all use for someone that you know through the internet....someone you have never actually met.

I have in the past used the 11th...I'm not sure if that is the right house though.

Cheers anyone that can help....

:D Hi Kylie!,
In answer to your question,I would use the 3rd house,as it signifies all forms of communications, computers, emails, internet, etc.
Incidentally,I have recently judged a horary along this line & it worked for me.

The way that you met someone is not really important... you are either acquaintances (7th) or friends (11th), or potencial lovers (7th).

Altough sometimes people get very excited about relationships in the internet (I never met her, but we are friends forever), logic says that you are 7th house relationship untill you met.

You communicate through the 3rd house, but I don?t agree that the person can be represented by the 3rd, s/he is a person, not a communication or a letter. If you are making a horary asking "when s/he will contact me again", then you use the turned 3rd house, meaning the 9th.

Thanks for your replies.

I actually looked at the chart using the 7th and it seems to be telling the story.....the question wasnt specifically about communication but about this person online, so the 3rd never needed to come into it....

I am really surprised that the chart is telling the story using the 7th...i have used the 11th in the past...and even the 5th cos i am a bit attracted to this guy online, but you are very right telling me to look at the 7th.....

Problem is, i want to start working with other houses in horaries for a change....it seems to always be the 7th....do you guys get that? the 7th house is very dominant in horary isnt it? (I have to stop looking at relational charts...they are starting to do my head in :-sk)

anyway, thanks for your time

kylie :)
