Translation - slow and in reverse order

1
I had two consultations regarding Real Estate this morning. Two properties were up for sale. The first chart was cast at 10.20 LST (Oslo) with Asc 26LI, the second consultation came in at 11.03 LST (Oslo) with Asc at 2SC. I looked towards the Lord of the first and Lord of the 7th to see whether there the properies would be sold by the agreement between the seller, which in both cases is signified by the ascendant, and a potential buyer - signified by the Lord of the 7th. In the first instance the seller is represented by the lady of the Libra ascendant, who is Venus. 40 minutes later the seller is represented by the lord of the Scorpio ascendant, who is Mars

The chart shows the stellium between Mars, Mercury and Venus. Venus at 21LI44 separates from Mars at 18LI45 with Mercury in the middle at 20LI31. On the opposite side of the chart is the Moon in 20 AR. She is in opposition Mercury, which I judged to be a neutral in this sense that would not interfere with the Moon translating the light of Mars to Venus.

In the first case I observe the Moon translates the light of Mars, L7, to the swifter Venus, L1. There are buyers here who are interested reaching the seller. In the second chart the Moon translates L1 to L7 - here the property is yet not on the market and the seller will have to reach out to find the buyer.

At this point I stop and think: 'Hey, what about Mercury? There are two translations at work here!'

Yes - but not in the way that I first thought. I was assuming that Mercury would translate from Mars to Venus, but when I confered with the ephemeris I noticed that Mercury was slow and on Sep 24. he will perform his first station. This meant that Mercury first made a conjunction with Venus by being caught up from behind and then he looses even more speed to be caught up by the even more slower plodding Mars. Mars catches up with Mercury just before the latter turns retrograde.

So Mercury does translate between Venus and Mars, but in a backward order - and this works more like a 'collection of light' in effect. In both instances I judge that the transactions will be performed, but regarding the function of Mercury it is more like 'an offer that has been dropped in the market' that eventually get picked up by a second part.
