I looked at the Arsenal chart, and I'm thinking mainly 3 things:
Moon about to move into its exaltation (good for faves), and C7 afflicted by a fallen Jupiter. Interesting is the presence of Uranus on the MC - surprise win for Wigan, perhaps?
Maybe the surprise will be that Wigan will be able to hold Arsenal to a draw? But then, I really do think that Arsenal will start flying once the Moon is in Taurus...

At this point I think I'd go for a draw...

Interesting observation But the Moon, L1 is weak at the kick-off and with L7 Saturn and Uranus angular, we may see surprises here and there.

I'd been thinking back to what Andrew said about Saturn opp Uranus and the results being upside down (or words to that effect) the weekend before last, with lots of underdogs winning. This last weekend, the aspect was separating but we still had many underdog wins - 6 in the Premiership (must be a record!) and there were 5 the previous weekend. Although there were some other testimonies in operation, I'm wondering if Jupiter aspecting Saturn/Uranus was having a general influence.

In tonight's game charts, as has already been pointed out, those three planets are angular, so I agree that we might see some upsets. If any of the games end in a draw, then they will go to extra time/penalties. Worth a bet if you fancy this scenario as the odds are very generous.

I'm not sure re VOC Moon changing sign but it will be interesting to see what, if anything, happens at 8.05. On Sunday Fulham (home/faves) scored their winning goal against Newcastle at the very moment the Moon changed sign! Could've just been coincidence though

I went for a gamble including Arsenal-Wigan 3-1 and Derby-Leeds 1-2 and then another combination with just a clear victory. I'm sticking with my hunch that Leeds to be the team to pull out the surpize this evening. We'll see.

Apparently Wenger is fielding 90% of the side that trounced Sheff Utd 6-0 in the last round - Arsenal's second team! Mind you, Wigan are a different kettle of fish.

Not surprisingly, both Fergie and Wenger are resting many of their key players tonight.

Leeds must win. Jupiter as ruler of MC and ruler of Fortune tucked in DSC. That is in power of guests.

A victory to Leeds is a good prediction if proven correct. Leeds play in a lower league than Derby. However, Derby are about mid-table in the Championship, whilst Leeds are in 2nd position in League 1. Derby have won on the two recent occasions that these two teams have clashed swords. Leeds haven't beaten Derby since 2005!

Moon VOC - there are some interesting battles already at play in the French Cup. The 1st division team Sochaux took a 0-1 beating from the 2nd division team Lens after 120 minutes of play.

At the moment of writing the score is 3-2 between 1st division team Bordeaux and 2nd division team Guingamp. Bordeaux are in 3rd position in the upper league, while Guingamp are 3rd from the bottom in Division 2. What an exciting game!

I think we observed in a match last week, didn't we Ficina, that Jupiter, L10, in his fall on the descendant allowed the visiting team to score, but not to win? What is confusing me is that Jupiter is applying by trine to dispositor Saturn. Jupiter being in his own terms doesn't seem to be securing any victory.

The evenings big suprize might have been in the French Cup with Lyon loosing 1-3 to the 2nd division team Metz. Lyon were playing at home and are top of the French equivalent to the Premier League. Fortunately, I had chosen Bordeaux beating Guingamp as my main bet in the French Cup this evening. They won 4-2. Together with Arsenal, Leicester and ManU I collected 4,39 in odds on a quadruple. I had got Stoke beating Rotherham, but this bet got lost in a combination with Derby-Leeds.

Really, there were no suprizes in the UK. It was just a matter of playing the favourites!! Moon VOC played up in France but not in England??

I predicted Lyon losing and Bordeaux beating Guingamp, but did't stake real money
