by Ficina Yes, I thought we had it made when Shrewsbury were 2-0 up. Andrew and I interpreted the Moon/MC and Jupiter differently, but either way the two testimonies cancelled each other out. Fortunately Scunthorpe saved the day and kept the books in balance Thank goodness for Scunthorpe. Gem and I were on the right track there. However, I did the two singles and double and made 13p profit - wow! Did you stick with Scunthorpe, Gem? Quote Fri Nov 14, 2008 10:47 pm
by Andrew Bevan I also made 40p on the combination and am quite pleased with that! Last edited by Andrew Bevan on Sat Nov 15, 2008 11:05 am, edited 2 times in total. http://www.astronor.com Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 7:52 am
by Gem 53p profit between you?! I thought Scunthorpe had the best chance of winning among them but I have a habit of staking money when I'm wrong and not staking any when I'm right Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 10:10 am
by Ficina I know that feeling, Gem. Any particular reason why you preferred Scunthorpe? I think the Big Four will all win today and am considering a multibet. Any views anybody? Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 10:26 am
by Gem Any particular reason why you preferred Scunthorpe? The Bristol Rovers-Scunthorpe match kicked off 15 mins later than Chesterfield-Shrewsbury. The Moon-Uranus aspect was closer and the Saturn Uranus opposition was also closer to the angles, with L7 on the IC. As that kind of radicality often produces draw, I thought the DC team needed to have a positive factor or two to be able to win. I think the Big Four will all win today and am considering a multibet. Any views anybody? Absolutely no problem with Liverpool but I'm a bit concerned about the combust POF in the ManU-Stoke chart. As ManU are odds on faves, that shouldn't affect them, hopefully. Chelsea should be fine as well. Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 10:51 am
by Andrew Bevan Gem wrote:53p profit between you?! You don't mind sharing an ice-cream, do you, Ficina? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Saturday's first games: Premiership Bolton - Liverpool, 12.45 GMT Odds: 5,75 3,50 1,62 Asc 2AQ40 MC 5SG40 Moon 25GE55 POF 4VI41 The game is played on the Day and in the Hour of Saturn. The chart is radical. Saturn, who is L1, receives the trine of Jupiter, L10, but Mercury who has testimonies in the 7th and is dispositor of Saturn, and who is located in Scorpio (Liverpool), will interpose. The Part of Fortune (POF) is trine Venus. It would be very much a suprize if Liverpool lost this one. Championship Leeds - Huddersfield, 12.15 GMT Odds: 1,55 3,60 6,00 Asc 22CP43 MC 29SC22 Moon 25GE14 POF 24LE27 Played in the hour of the Moon. Not radical. This could give a draw, I suppose - but I am expecting great things from Leeds. Radicality can only be granted if you consider the support of the Lord of the Day, Saturn, and the fact that the Sun casts a sextile to the ascendant. I find Mars angular culiminating in the MC of this chart, so I am expecting Leeds will win. http://www.astronor.com Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 11:05 am
by Ficina I'm a bit concerned about the combust POF in the ManU-Stoke chart. Yes, I wondered about that too but then I thought since Sun is hour-ruler its conjunction with POF could work as a positive for the home team. Thanks for your interpretation of Scunthorpe game. Interesting that three of us used different approaches and reached the same conclusion Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 11:10 am
by Andrew Bevan The Premier League looks a bit dificult today and so many matches are starting at the same time. Flicking through the entire table and looking at the odds risk/reward I think there are some teams/games worth considering more than others before the astrology; Liverpool, B'ham, Wolves, Leeds, Millwall, Leicester, Darlington, Ipswich and Burton. I am uncertain about the game between Yeovill - Peterborough, but it interesting to follow and Peterborough are the stronger team. My suggestion is that multiple bets include a combination of favourites at fair prices, but don't make things too complicated. Try and find a combination that leaves a profit at the end of the day, even if one or two matches do go wrong. The Moon applies to the opposition of Pluto. What are we looking for? Will the Ref. have a turn of bad luck and swallow his whistle?? http://www.astronor.com Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 12:06 pm
by SusieN Hi guys What do you think about the Arsenal-Aston V chart? One thing I noticed was that C7 was conjunct Spica, and the last time Villa had that, they won. So today, I entered Villa for a win. May Spica hold and help them! Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 1:42 pm
by Ficina My only slight concern re Bolton/L'pool is that, even though chart is radical, hour-ruler is Asc ruler (favouring underdogs) which has sometimes produced a draw in the past. However, I'm still going for L'pool and have even managed to unearth another (minor) testimony for them, Moon sextile antiscion POF. Your suggestion re multiple bets makes sense, Andrew, and I shall follow with interest the progress of the teams you've mentioned. Good luck! Just seen your post, Susie. Spica conj Desc - well spotted! Since I've gone for an Arsenal win, I'm hoping it won't be a strong enough testimony to overturn the mighty Gunners who are odds-on faves. It will be interesting to see how it turns out. Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 1:53 pm
by Andrew Bevan Wow! Leeds - Huddersfield 1-2 with odds 6,00!! Leeds took the lead, Huddersfield equalized and decided in the final minutes. That chart was not radical and moved the result in direction of the underdog. Maybe is is because the Lady of the hour has dignities in the Des and not the Asc. And also probably the angular Mars (exact on the MC) says that there SHALL be a Winner! I think is worth keeping a record of results and scores when the planets are exact located on either angle!! http://www.astronor.com Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 2:20 pm
by Ficina I'm very surprised at that result. I'd looked at the chart and agreed with you that Leeds would win. The only testimony I could see for Huddersfield was Moon opp antiscion Venus (L4) which indicated that they would probably score, but I couldn't see a win. Quote Sat Nov 15, 2008 2:33 pm
