Miracle in the Hudson - Plane crash 1 by granny_skot From CNN US Airways Flight 1549 took off at 3:26 p.m. It was less than a minute later when the pilot reported a "double bird strike" and said he needed to return to LaGuardia, said Doug Church, a spokesman for the National Air Traffic Controllers Association. He said the controller told the pilot to divert to an airport in nearby Teterboro, N.J. The Pilot wisely put it down on the Hudson, All 155 people aboard survived, Only One person with serious injuries. Appropriately enough the Ascendent is 8 Cancer 53 the 9th cusp is 20 Aquarius 03 Chiron right on the Cusp adn neptune just inside at 22 Aqu 55 The Moon in the 4th at 28 virgo 51 is really VoC she is even past her Trine to Sun, But I wonder if possibly Jupiter, who is the next to be trine to Moon at 2 Aqu and represents the 10th house, Might not be indicitive of the Pilot who did an incredible job by all acounts in this landing? in anycase a chart worth looking at I think. 2 by 3D These people had a good portion of luck ... Venus is conjunct the PoF! And cold feet ... Saturn - IC... AC and MC are in Water Signs... Quote Fri Jan 16, 2009 2:23 pm
3 by Andrew Bevan Lilly says on pg 157 of CA that the judgement of a ship, its safety of ruin, is derived from the ascendant and its lord. The sign ascending and the Moon are the significators of the ship, the lord of the ascandant is for those who sail in her. The Moon, L1, is VOC and separates from the body of retrograde Saturn. Saturn conjunct the IC would be some affliction and matter of gravity. The Moon VOC and departing from Saturn may be an issue of escape. Mercury, the dispositor of the Moon, is in the 8th house in the air sign Aquarius, retrograde and conjunct the degree of the solar eclipse of January 26. at 6AQ30. This is a crucial testimony. It is possible that Jupiter, L6, in the 3rd degree of Aquaius is significator of the birds that got into the motor. Saturn is the lord of the 8th and in reception with Mercury, dispositor of the Moon, in the 8th. Lilly says that if you find the Lord of the ascendant in the 8th or in any ill configuration with the Lord of the 8th, 12th, 4th or 6th, or the Moon combust, or under the earth, you may judge that the ship is lost and the men drowned - unless you find a reception between themselves for then the ship was casually shipwrecked but the men did escape. No passangers lost their lives or were drowned in this accident. They were lucky, but there is no question regarding the skill and heroism of the Captain and pilot of the craft. http://www.astronor.com Quote Fri Jan 16, 2009 5:52 pm
