I got into a disagreement with my credit card company - I argue I made the payment so my liability lessens but they insist the payment is adjusted towards credit not liability. Recently I received a legal notice from them asking me to appear for a discussion and settlement. I consulted a lawyer (my maternal uncle) and he advised me to send them a letter as I cannot attend the meeting owing to some complications. He drafted the letter for me but I have a strange feeling I might get into more trouble sending this. Trouble is I cannot pin point if the wording or what triggered it but I am not comfortable.

Shall I respond to the notice with the letter I have in hand now?

Chart ruler is Moon - in 5H and Scorpio (weak)

Legal matters I think go to 9H - ruler is Saturn Conj IC - no aspects to Moon but Opp Venus Conj Uranus in 9H. Venus rules money?

Both Letter and family are 3H matters and Saturn is in 3H - does that mean I can send and this disagreement gets resolved?

Also, don't forget, we are in the middle of Merc rx which means that everyone's not thinking clearly. It's not a good time to sign or seal a deal.

That's the first thing I should have checked. Thanks for pointing. The letter is intended more to buy some time, not settling the matter. May be Merc Rx is the cause for my hesitation or uneasiness in communication.
