Grandchildren are ruled by the 9th house, being the 5th from the 5th - i.e. children's children. The Moon is in the 11th house from the 9th house of the radical chart.

I think all that turning is a pain in the tail! making me dizzy. (oh the puns one could make from that!)

still ruler of sixth on 10th cusp makes me think significant health issue for ruler. moon ruler of 5th in 7th also suggests legal issues regarding 5th house matters I might think? I also notice it is a waning moon, I wonder if it suggests that an issue is passing at that time?

Have you looked at any other countries winter ingress charts?

TOKYO, Japan (CNN) -- A strong earthquake centered about 90 miles off Japan's east coast, measuring a 6.5 magnitude, was recorded by seismologists at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) on Saturday.

There were no immediate reports of damage from the quake, which happened at 7:29 p.m. (5:29 a.m. ET).

The quake was centered at a depth of 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) underground and 170 kilometers (105 miles) east of Mito, on the main Japanese island of Honshu, the USGS said.

"Alaska volcano may erupt in days
A volcano in south-central Alaska could erupt within days or weeks. The level of seismic activity has increased markedly in recent days on Mount Redoubt, according to the Alaska Volcano Observatory. "We expect based on the past behavior of this volcano that this activity is going to culminate in an eruption," said Peter Cervelli, a research geophysicist with the observatory."
