I am asking for my partner's job.

He is about to join in a new job in another city this week and suddenly his old boss called him asking if he is interested in a bigger assignment. This job is in our town, so we are very keen. Nothing is finalised yet, succeded in 2 rounds of interviews, he may have to speak to another important decision maker tomorrow. Will he get this one? (Note: his boss is notoriously unreliable but for now he has shown a keen interest in giving this one).

I am asking the Q, my significator / chart ruler is Moon
My partner is Saturn, his 6H ruled by Venus and 10H by Sun

Moon is in Taurus - in 11H or his 5H (exalted, strong)
POF in my 5H but his 11H - gets this?

Sun, 10H ruler is weak in his 3H applying a square to Moon - he may get the job but difficulties to surmount?

His ruler Saturn is in Virgo, in my 4H and his 10H - can we say exalted by house placement? Or just shows he is interested in the job? But Saturn is retro

No aspects between Sun and Saturn but Venus in opposition from his 4H - seperating aspect

Does that look positive enough for a YES, but with little difficulties?

The chart was difficult to read. I have used the following data:
Feb 2 2009 1:16PM 1W45 53N43 Regiomontanus house. Hope the info is correct.

I think your husband will get the job.

For this chart, I am focusing on 7th (signifying your husband), 12th (signifying work), 4th (signifying career, higher-ups, boss) and 10th house (signifying end of matter) and Moon aspects prior to VOC.

12th house is has Gemini intercepted, its ruler mercury in 7th house, signifying the job opportunity coming to your husband. Since it is intercepted indicating "hidden". In addition, Virgo sign is intercepted in 4th, giving Mercury to signify boss, career, etc. In addition, the intereception can reflect the 2nd opportunity (the cusp rulers the first job).

There is a mutual & mixed reception between Saturn (your husband) and Mercury (job). There is a very strong interest and connection on both sides.

Saturn is Retro in 4th house (signfying career) husband going back to his old workplace or changing his mind (of taking the new job?).
Mercury had come within 1 degree trining Saturn became stationary and went direct. Now this is a toss up, assuming Mercury moiety of 3.5 degrees, the aspect was made, on other hand it can be considered refraction. Due to the strong mutual and mixed reception between Saturn and Mercury, I would assume connection is made.
Assuming of Saturn has just sextiled Mercury (job) (very strong point since Mercury was stationary) and is exactly opposite Uranus modern ruler of 10 H Aq. indicating a balance connection, decision will be soon.

Moon upcoming aspects are

Assuming Sun is the first job, Moon's upcoming aspect to Sq Sun, Sex Uranus can indicate not taking the first job, completing the activity (4th) and then Moon's upcoming aspects connects Saturn and Mercury.
Interestingly, Venus (in 10th house) moves into Gemini before Moon trine aspect is completed, indicating change in the final outcome, and therefore moon's last aspect is trine Mars. Mars is ruler of your husbands 11th house of hopes and wishes, indicating his hopes and wishes coming true.

He just spoke with a person who interviewed him and got a 'not decided yet' response. So kind of tensed if this works out or not.

Might get to know if there is any hope by tomorrow. Its supposed to be a quick decision as its urgent requirement.

I'm not so sure he will get the job you asked about. He is Saturn, and job is 10th from the 7th, which is ruled by the Sun, and there is no aspect between the two. I'm not quite sure why Mercury was given to the job by light?
The Moon comes to a square of the Sun, but the Moon represents either you, or the flow of events, I don't think it represents your partner. And if there is no reception between the Sun and Moon, the square does not show perfection anyway.
However, Saturn is retro, which does indicate going back to something - could be the old job. But the other signs are so weak, I don't think there is enough strength in this chart to show perfection.

Even if I take 6H for job (since one specific position not career), Venus rules and there is opp between Venus and Saturn. Does that mean a NO?

I am not as sure now as I was when I posted. The old boss was speaking as if its all decided but taking so much time now.
