Mantra 14 by J K Sharma Hello Pankaj, Most of the books and astrological literature indicate that 5th and 9th houses are primarily associated with Mantra. Its true, but to not in all cases. 9th house is known for rituals, religion etc. 5th is also known for creativity, reseacrh and new expriences. For mantras and other occult related matter there is one more thing, which is very importent, is also need to be considered i.e. Planet or Planets offering such things. I have observed that Jupitor and Venus are two main planets resposible for Mantra japa and such things. But the research means looking for new things in Tantra with the use of Mantra, Talisman etc. are indicated by conjuction or aspects between Jupitor/Venus with Rahu or Ketu. Specially Jupitor's conjuction with Ketu is more importent for Mantras. Such few combinations are: Jupitor + Ketu = intersts about astrology, Tantra and Mantra. Jupitor + Rahu = intersts in Tantric rituals. Venus + Ketu = Only intersts or knowledge but not much pratical gain. Venus + Rahu + Saturn = intersts about astrology, Tantra and Mantra and Tantric sex etc. One should have these combinations specially in ASc., 5th, 12th or 9th house for intersts in Mantra etc. So for Mantra, along with 5ht house one should consider planetry conjuction and aspects.
