Rosenborg was in white. The rulers were Saturn and Moon. At first glance, I would say white -> Moon, but... It's rarely so easy, remember the USA-Spain CC derby. Although, on that occasion we had the Sun as the other ruler. Quote Fri Jul 24, 2009 1:21 pm
74 by Andrew Bevan We're 20minutes into the game, but I have gone for adraw between Bohemians and Shamrock. The Moon and L1+L2 are all cadent. Nothing much happening. POF square Saturn moving the result away from the home team favourites. Asc 19LI17 MC 26CN03 Moon 3LI48 POF 19SG21 Odds: 1.90 3.24 3.75 Day Sun , Hour Jupiter - radical by powers, asc+venus + in same triplicity and receiving the trine of Venus. Later today in Denmark: Esbjerg - Brondby, 18.00 CST Esbjerg 55N28 8E27 Odds: 3,35 3,35 2,10 Asc 9SG04 MC 14LI02 Moon 6LI06 POF 11AQ22 Day Sun, Hour Venus/Mercury Both Venus and Mercury do in some way relate to the 7th, either by placement or rulership. Venus, L10+LHr, is in the 7th. The Moon is applying to the trine of Mars, L4, who is opposing the ascendant. I am going with Brondby. They collect a favourable price since they are playing away. http://www.astronor.com Quote Sun Jul 26, 2009 12:23 pm

76 by Andrew Bevan Why? I am in no way comfortable with planets on the cusp of the 7th house... Yesterday's match between Esbjerg and Brondby brings me back to the observation that Mars on the cusp of the 7th is an infortune - so the underdogs got it. That is about as far as I can summarize my thoughts on this issue. http://www.astronor.com Quote Mon Jul 27, 2009 6:41 am

78 by Andrew Bevan Thanks for the feedback, Taurean. I notices POF sextile Asc, but the sextile between the Moon and the Sun was seperating and not applying - so I decided not to give it any attention. However, the application of an ammicable aspect between the lights could be a testimony in direction of the favourites, but then would a separating aspect give any advantage to the underdogs? I wonder... http://www.astronor.com Quote Mon Jul 27, 2009 7:26 am

If the ruler (L1 or L7) has a square or an opposition with POF, I mean a "bad" aspect, is it bad to the team represented because of the aspect is bad, or is it good because the important thing is that there is an aspect with POF. What's your opinion about Start-Stabaek? 2009.07.25. 19:45. I thought the game would be won and lost, to be more precise, Start to win. Near the end of the match, Stabaek lead 2:0, I thought OK, I had probably mixed the teams. But Start scored twice (86th and 87th minutes!), the game ended in a 2:2 draw. If you had time, would you inspect this? It was the only game in Norway on Saturday evening, so individual starting time, etc. Quote Mon Jul 27, 2009 8:11 am
80 by Ficina Re Esbjerg/Brondby, I did look at this chart before the game but got confused deciding who was who. I agree that the Desc team had the best testimonies - L4 conj Desc and hour ruler being L7. This would favour Brondby as away team but there was a case for giving the Asc to Brondby (as faves) with Jupiter essentially stronger than Mercury In both scenarios, non-radicality was a negative for Brondby. It tends to be somewhat inconsistent but I would say in the majority of cases it has been a negative testimony, particularly for the underdog and/or away team. Quote Mon Jul 27, 2009 9:21 am

L1 partile sextile Asc and L7 opp POF indicate a win for home faves, Start. My slight concern is although L7/POF is within 1?, I'd prefer it to be within ?? since the aspect isn't partile. However, we still have L1 sextile Asc which got me wondering about sinister and dexter aspects since L1 is also trine Desc. Having checked some previous examples, I've come to the tentative conclusion that sinister aspects are better. In this case, although L1 is making a dexter sextile to the Asc, it is making a sinister trine to the Desc, so the aspect would appear to favour the Desc team - enough to give them a draw anyway. The Sun is Lord of the hour and rules the ascendant by triplicity. This triplicity thing often follows draws. Maybe the Moon's opposition to Uranus (which saves her from VOC) says something about how things suddenly turned round. Venus, L4, on the descendant. A draw? It's difficult. http://www.astronor.com Quote Mon Jul 27, 2009 11:22 am
83 by Andrew Bevan Norwegian 1st Division: Sogndal - Kongsvinger, 19.45 CST 61N14 07E06 Odds: 1,60 3,85 5,25 Asc 18SG05 MC 9SC46 Moon 3SC35 POF 15PI53 Day Mars, Hour Venus - Venus shares powers with Jupiter Sogndal is topping the 1st division, but Kongsvinger who were their strongest rival earlier in the season have been off-form and fallen to 5th position. However, I feel for moving the result away from the favourite and the underdogs could get it. The Moon's application to the square of the Sun (in Leo) through signs of long ascension could go either way, but together with the Moon in the degree of it's fall, I think it could be an underdog tell-tail. Venus, Lady of the hour, is in the 7th and dexter square Uranus through signs of short ascension. Mercury, L7, at 21LE00 (the Royal sign Leo: Kongsvinger=The Kings Wings!!) casts his antiscia to the cusp of the 4th. I do think that Kongsvinger at 5,25:1 is a fair price in terms of risk/reward. The result 1-2 is priced at 17,0:1. In the Swedish Superettan: Mj?llby - Norrk?ping, 19.15 CST 56N02 14E41 Odds: 1,60 3,65 5,25 Asc 29SG53 MC 12SC23 Moon 3SC24 POF 27PI31 Day Mars, Hour Mercury Here the ascendant is on the cusp to Capricorn and here we find a downgraded and rather merciless Pluto. It's payback time! Saturn is on the Sun/Moon midpoint. POF is with Uranus. I think going with the home team favourites is fair enough. 2-0 fetches a price of 9,00:1. http://www.astronor.com Quote Tue Jul 28, 2009 1:51 pm
84 by Ficina Sogndal/Kongsvinger According to Solar Fire, Mercury is hour ruler (making chart non-radical) and is L7. As Andrew has said, antiscion L7 is conj IC. Additionally Moon is partile trine antiscion Venus L4. These are all testimonies for the away underdog, so I agree it looks good for them. My only very slight concern is that Moon goes on to conjoin antiscion Jupiter L1. Quote Tue Jul 28, 2009 5:21 pm
