As has been suggested the angular moon closely conjunct the ASC represents the indecision, and vulnerability of the querent. and the emotional energy connected to this question. I note the Moon is on the fixed star Shaula on the sting of the Scorpion. Not a good placement for relationshiop issues.

I think the Jupiter Rx in a fixed sign indicates rthe the querent's frustration on how to proceed and conveys a sense of treading water. This combined with a conjunction to Neptune seems to indicate an idealism about this person that may well prove illusory.

The strong Jupiter associations to the querent here ( ASC ruler + Moon ruler) shows their principled stance towards an open relationship.

As has been noted the Moon is going to trine his significator. As we know you are coming into contact again in the same office. However, the aspects are revealing -a sextile to Neptune and square to Uranus before the Moon leaves sign. Followed closely by a conjunction to Pluto and opposition to Venus ( ruler of the 5th). I have found the outer planets to be generally malefic in influence in horary questions. The Moon is well within traditional moeity orb of the opposition to Venus. To me this represents the ending of your romantic hopes. Although the Moon does disposit Venus so perhaps this separation will be fairly amicable.

Whether you get together in the short term or not I dont see much prospect of anything enduring here. My take on this is that the answer is at best Yes followed swiftly by No. Looking at how weak he is placed its hard to see him being ready for what you ask. Its clear he does have a strong appeal for you. His significator is close to the fixed star Regulus. Despite his problems this contributes some degree of charisma to the mix but also adds to the egocentric quality of his significator (as if Mercury in Leo were not enough!).

Honestly, I think it's best to stick with whatever chart you pulled up first regarding this guy (I'm sure there have been many!). Multiple charts are only going confuse you more (especially if they are coming out contradictory), and the first one is likely the most accurate.

I know astrologers love to dissect their romantic issues, but sometimes it's best to step back and take a chill pill.

I just know from personal experience how it goes when a guy enters his own dignity, and it being your detriment. In my case, we have never spoken again and he hates my guts (won't speak to me). I have since asked questions, and he is always in his own dignity and my detriment or fall. Love can easily turn to hatred; there is a fine line. Again, we had strong composite Neptune like your relationship here, which does usually end that way. Also a work aquaintance. I quit first, he gave his notice a week later and moved across the country.

I am like you in that I like to end things peacefully. I hope things work out better in your case. I still have nightmares, 6 months later. I relate on a lot of levels.

Well, even with weak reception, the Moon applying to his significators was probably denoting the upcoming opportunity (him asking you out!). Plus, the Moon is actually translating the light between your significators,separating from a sextile with your ruler and applying to his ruler in trine. Those are both good aspects.

As for the Uranus- I somehow don't see it as a planet that triggers the "cooling-off" effect as its influence is usually stressful, I'd generally expect to see the influence of saturn when it comes to cold feelings but, if it really was Uranus then the better for you. but also, bare in mind that, though I wouldn't generally include such aspect with an outer planet in "the middle of the story"- the application with his ruler comes after that.

Well, that is obvious, with Pluto inside your first and your Venus inside his 1st, the influence of Neptune...but I'd still be cautious here.
What Tanit has suggested comes from the fact that his significator is soon about to enter the sign of your detriment but, besides that- it is also about to enter the sign where he is at home- that placement will significantly increase his powers and even now, we've got the ruler of his masculinity, the Sun, in his own sign. You, on the other hand, are a bit "blinded" by the presence of Neptune and the Moon and Pluto on your Asc do suggest vulnerability especially since the Moon's last applying aspect is to Venus on DC (it's an out of sign application but the orb will be very tight and the planet of your femininity is opposing your Asc as it is).

I see it as your interest in him, on physical level mainly which is what you say that is still pretty much alive. His animal natur is the Sun and that one is pretty much wild and powerfull at the moment. His affection for you as a woman is also obvious given that Venus is received by Mercury.
And, I think you were on the right track when you suggested that it might be descriptive of the need for secrecy caused by your working environment (there's even a square with Uranus).
