13 by AquaStella But when does a planet in Scorpio either sextile or square a planet in Libra? "Whenever Libra and Scorpio become signs of long ascension , the aspect between those planets get stretched out to become sextiles and squares". Willy Lilly Quote Mon Jun 22, 2009 8:21 pm

These repetitions "trigger" the potential of the natal chart. This is particularly true if the angles repeat, i.e. the natal angles are the same as the return angles. It is not necessary for all four angles to repeat. It is not necessary that the degrees are the same as the natal degrees, but the closer the return degrees are to the natal degrees, the more important the coming year. Tom I'm thinking about my next solar return that will be very soon (23 august) and i see that the ascendant will be at the same degree of my natal ascendant, 11 Libra. Someone told me that this is not a good sign for the return ma i think that it could be important. What do you think about the exact return of the ascendent? Houses are the same of my birth chart so they fit with transits. This would be also the year of my firts Saturn return. I have to worry??? Quote Wed Aug 05, 2009 11:10 am

Houses are the same of my birth chart so they fit with transits. This would be also the year of my first Saturn return. I have to worry??? I had the same situation in my last year SR (i was born in july) and it was also my first Saturn return. But i've also had some extremely stressful aspects attacking my 1st house (both natal and SR) - natal Saturn/Mars square 1st/10th, this time activated by the Saturn/Mars conjunction inside my first (and conjunct my natal Saturn, and squaring my natal Mars ) as the conjunction took place only a few hours before my birthday. I think I've been talking about that already in another topic the last autumn but- i don't think i'll ever know what my first Saturn return actually brought given that is was so neatly "packed" into a very "motley" promise. The difference between my SR and my Natal Asc was only 1,5 degree. I asked for an advice of another astrologer the last summer and he said that i should simply examine the chart as i usually would only that I should also bare in mind that such placement will have a strong influence on my natal promise i.e. - if both my Natal and my SR 1st is in Virgo and if two malefics are placed inside one of the houses in my SR and making a square from that same house in my Natal- than I should start from their natal placement as, now that the two planets have got the strongest influence onto the same houses as in my Natal chart- they can, basically, focus on their original "goal"! Seeing things fro that perspective actually makes it easier to start analyzing the SR chart as the natal cusps and aspects will probably be strongly influenced during the next year and we're usually very much familiar with our Natal charts! Anyways, that is exactly what has happened- since it has been a very rough year, I believe I'll spend lots of hours re-examining it in the future, but the fact is- the square has had the influence onto the 1st and the 10th mainly. it has also caused a havoc in my life in general- "pushing" my SR Asc ruler right where it is in my Natal chart- into the 12th. Since the Mars came into my firts- the "attacker" was more powerful than me, needles to add. Plus, I broke 7 teeth during the last year and tons of crockery pots. The whole story actually perfectly fits Tom's words that you have quoted . I don't think I'll ever understand my 2005 SR. Quote Thu Aug 06, 2009 1:17 pm
